Very Disappointing Stay 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I rarely leave negative reviews but felt I had to warn others. The room was dirty on arrival (stains on the sheets, sticky floor and a musty smell) and the AC barely worked — after reporting it twice, nothing was fixed. Housekeeping was inconsistent: towels were not replaced, and toiletries weren’t replenished. Service at the front desk was unhelpful and slow — check-in took far longer than promised and staff were dismissive when I asked for a room change. Breakfast was poor quality and sparse, with cold food and limited options. Wi-Fi kept dropping, making it impossible to work. On checkout I was surprised by unexpected extra charges that weren’t explained. Overall the stay felt unprofessional and not worth the price.
