Kavery Hotel — Hotel in Kerala

We stayed in the room which showed this on trip advisor. So i book the room. When i came to the hotel i realized that this was a disaster. First of all the room is not air conditioned.This is jus a start. The bed they provide in the room is a nightmare."" You cannot sleep on that bed"".The bed is so old and hard that it feels like you are sleeping on a piece of wood.The agoda as well as trip advisor was showing same amenities which is not right and incorrect. The room didn't have basic aminities like toiletries and the cleanliness i should say was bad. The worst hotel experience ever. The receptionist and other staff are so irresponsible and arrogant. They behave rudely if you say any complaint. The rooms are not good enough especially the non ac one...they don't give soap or towels or hot water facility. Come with mosquito repellants as the windows doesn't have mosquito nets. The mosquitoes are the worst (though not as bad as the staff) didn't let us get any sleep at night with the windows open. You'll suffocate if windows are shut as there is no other ventillation. Not even the ac room gets blankets, bedsheets and drinking water. The only good thing about the hotel is its city location and adequate parking facility. Wouldn't...

The hotel has spacious rooms with all good facilities. Service is average. The place is neat and clean. Although it was for one night, the stay was comfortable.The Hotel has lot of parking space in the front for large number of vehicles. Enjoyed the resteraunt as well. The nearby town is great for shopping. I loved the nearby beauty salon. Everything in the area is very convenient. Theres also a movie theatre nearby. Overall experience...
