KK RESIDENCY — Hotel in Kerala

It's tucked inside a small lane. Running a ladies hostel alongside rented rooms looked a bit odd. The rooms on the ground floor were spacious with double cots in one room, and a single cot in the other. You have a separate living area as well. However, it again seemed very odd that only two people are allowed to stay at a time in a 2 bedroom space and the third person is charged extra. We stayed here for one day and the rooms were spacious and neat and they charged 2500 for 3 for a/c room. It was a decent stay and staff were good and it also has food...

Rooms are spacious but not at all clean. I think they are just giving the rooms as it is. Bathrooms are dirty and bed sheets and towel provided...
