We had checked in on 19.08.23. We left for a function in the evening handing over the room (205) key to the lobby office staff. When we came back, night duty staff was on duty & he said the key is not there & we had not given the key to the lobby staff. But we were quite sure that the key was handed over to the lobby & requested him to search on the table/racks etc. But he refused to search for the key & kept on saying key was not handed over. We asked for the master key which he said is not available & did not even escalate the matter to the Manager. We were a family of two senior citizens, one feeding mother & infant and we had to stand at the lobby for an hour pleading him to look for the key. We suffered a lot. Finally we ourselves searched for the key on the table/rack & found the same after about an hour. The person just kept mum & he did not even say sorry. He just blamed the day duty staff who had misplaced the key. |Very horrible experience, the person was just displaying his arrogant & ego. Never ever recommend this...
