Meadowland Homestay — Hotel in Kerala

We had a truly memorable experience at Meadowland Homestay, Anachal. After a straight 1150 km drive from Hyderabad, we reached late at night, tired and worn out. Still, uncle and auntie were awake to welcome us, and uncle kindly helped carry our luggage to the room—a gesture we deeply appreciated.

The property is located at a higher altitude, so there’s a bit of an uphill drive to reach it, but once you're there, the cool breeze, stunning views, and peaceful atmosphere make it all worthwhile. Although it’s in Anachal, it’s only about 15 km from Munnar, so commuting back and forth is quick and easy.

The rooms are clean, neat, and very well maintained. What surprised us most was the big, neat washrooms—you don’t always find such cleanliness and space in every homestay. Honestly, everything was just too perfect—which is rare to say!

With the owner Jithin currently in Germany, his elderly parents took excellent care of us. Uncle brought us fresh milk, meat, and groceries, and even lent us his bike during our stay. Before our departure, uncle and auntie prayed for our safe return journey, which touched our hearts deeply.

Wonderful experience to stay @meadowland Homestays. The rooms where extremely luxurious spacious, clean and maintained perfect with awesome facilities. The view from the room was extraordinary. The facilities provided will definitely make us feel at home. The outdoor sitting area and it's view was my favourite of all. The host and his family took really great care of us and was available for any help all the time. So many hotels and eateries where very close by within a 5 min drive. The plantation trek into the wilderness by the host was one unforgettable experience for all the nature lovers. On the whole the stay made our trip worth the visit. Wonderful Stay at Meadowland Homestay in Munnar

A group of 9 colleagues and I recently stayed at Meadowland Homestay during our trip to Munnar, and it was an incredible experience. The homestay was exceptionally clean, and the natural surroundings were simply breathtaking. It felt like staying in a 4-star hotel, but at a fraction of the price—you truly won’t find this kind of value elsewhere. And also the places were very close to the stay.
