Ramanilayam Tourist Home — Hotel in Kerala

We initially thought that the Hotel is a Private One but got to know from the Nearby Local People that it's run by the Temple itself.

So even for Carrying Our Luggages , we can't expect them to do Service as per their Statement.

The Check in and Check Out Time is 12 NOON

We took 2 Separate Rooms being went as a Family... The Rooms are Very Small even its for a Husband and Wife Along with a KID.

When we entered the Room for the 1st Time , the Floor was little sticky.

The Lights are NOT proper and they are very dim.

Night Lamp will also NOT work and they are just for sake.

Bathroom Light was also very very dull and we don't even get sunlight into the bathroom.

Exhaust Fan of Bathroom also NOT working.

Thank God that they have Solar Heater System for Water ... Rakshapattu.

They Charge ₹950 for Non AC Rooms and ₹1350 for AC Rooms having a Double Cot.

So , we expect a good...

Very horrible service. The rooms were extremely dirty and not properly cleaned and there were cockroaches running around the room. The bathroom was dirty and not clean. The receptionist was very arrogant. We traveled with ( age : 75+) senior citizens. And they assigned us to the 2nd floor and the lift was not working. When we asked for a room change they said they can't help if the lift is not working as it's our problem not theirs.

The heater was not working and the bathroom tap water was not available. He said that water will be available after 7 AM. We were there for an early morning temple visit around 5 AM and the receptionist was asking us to postpone till 7 AM when water will be available

Overall a very horrible experience. I would ask people to avoid this hotel as it's extremely unpleasant and...

Worst experience to me yesterday's room occupation. You have informed NON AC ROOMS available and given charges and we booked four NON AC ROOMS and checked in at 7 pm on 14.4.23. Afterwards your staff came to room and informed that all rooms provided with AC and if you want we will provide same to us with extra charge of 500. Then only we found that no windows available in the room so that natural air possibility for non ac occupants was totally denied. We couldn't sleep whole of yesterday night because of no air circulation. You cannot demand every one to spend higher charges for air conditioning. You have cheated us. No parking facility provided to us for our cars. Worst experience. Wanted to share this...
