Coming from the US, I was looking for a bakery with the taste of home to treat an amazing hospital staff. Most of the bakeries I tried did not have the flavor I was hoping for. Not only did I find what I was longing for at Cakes and Bakes, but was so delighted to find a “tres leches” cake which is one of my favorites in the US. Everyone in the hospital loved the beautiful unique flavor and very moist cake that was delivered. It was an amazing experience with cakes and bakes... I have to really appreciate the effort she had took to rectify a mistake in the name over the cake... after delivering the cake at home we found a spelling error...even though it was negligible she returned back quickly with few letters and rearrange it perfectly.
