Hotel O Hotel Raja — Hotel in Kudwa

i booked one room for 2 persons at rs 443 only but when i reached at hotel they take more money from me. they take 400 extra. it is not fare. dont go there they ask for extra money every time and they give reasons only is the problem of oyo. generally what i understand, it is nothing but a plan to take extra money from customers bcz the customer cant canceled the room on the day of check-in if we canceled then no money will refunded us. the behavior of the hotel staff is very bad. reasons to not book the hotel. 1st- they take extra money at the time of booking 2nd- staff behavior is very bad 3rd- very poor hygienic and cleanliness 4rth- no tv 5th- no wifi 6th- parking facility is not good 7th - takes more money overall very bad experience. dont go in this hotel. the hotels which are best than this hotel at low price. 1st- hotel kamdhenu palace 2nd- hotel midtown and many more but dont book this hotel...

At last week i bookd this hotel form oyo at rs 549 but hotel management taken 500 extra form me said that there is problem in oyo app next time book form direct call. Yesterday i booked 1 room by call and manager takes 1000 rs charge form me but in logbook he written 500 rs Then i ask for a bill then he said that no bill book...
