Gammat Jammat Fast Foood restaurant — Restaurant in Kudwa

I visited Gammat Jammat a couple of times. This restaurant was recommended by one of my family friend so I visited there. Though, Food is not Bad except the food portion which they serve is really less. I mean only 1 adult can have their 01 plate portion of any dish.

Let's come directly to my recent visit on 07 Jan 23. I visited there with my family Spouse & Daughter to have our Dinner. We booked a first floor sitting area.

We ordered 02 Veg Curry Dishes, Papadum, Salad & Indian Breads. 01 waiter gave us 01 mineral water bottle & Upon asking at least 4-5 times, we received Glasses to drink water that also after 15-20 mins later. Our order arrived around 45 mins later, first they gave us Veg Curries & after 10 mins, One waiter served us Breads which were completely cold & it was completely understood the mismanagement of the operation being running at the restaurant. I immediately went to the restaurant owner table after waiting for approx 45 mins for the curries & then 10 mins for the bread. Breads which were being served are not at all fresh/warm. He was giving us a resolution that he will check the CCTV camera where the GAP is.

I would not recommend anyone to go to this restaurant because of the poor service, untrained staff & impolite nature of staff Moreover Car parking is a Big Big concern here. You cannot have your meal relax because of your car parking at the main road & they don't have their own parking space.

All in all, it's a Big Thumb Down for...

Visited Gammat Jammar recently and was quite disappointed with the experience. We were seated upstairs in the AC section, but the AC wasn’t running. When we asked the staff, they said the duct was on and it would cool down soon — which wasn’t the case. After asking again, the waiter suddenly said there was no electricity, which clearly felt like an excuse.

We ordered food and waited nearly 50 minutes before anything was brought to our table — including simple drinks like lassi and chaas, which we had specifically requested to be served before the meal. Despite reminding the staff twice, they still came late.

The food itself was okay, but the service was extremely slow and disorganized. Unfortunately, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend it based...

It is the most third class service hotel in Gondia. Worst experience today I was so hungry in this hotel I came to this hotel with family and ordered sizzler and pulao before waiter brought sizzler and put it on the table and left like that we didn't wait for 10 minutes sizzler came cold but waiter didn't come if asked waiter Says you didn't ask to grow in the plate. Such service is available in this hotel. And the customer gets the service from the costume, so we don't pay, eat for free? Next time you will have to think about going...
