I had a wonderful, budget-friendly stay at this place, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The campus offers ample parking space for both cars and bikes, which made it very convenient. The owner was incredibly hospitable, even providing a complimentary homemade breakfast, which was a lovely touch.

The dining hall is spacious, making it perfect for families or groups to enjoy their meals comfortably. Additionally, there’s a well-equipped kitchen with a grill setup, ideal for those who like to prepare their own food. Another unique feature is the firecamp within the campus, which adds to the cozy and relaxing ambiance, especially during the evenings.

The owner is very friendly and accommodating, making the place feel welcoming and secure. CCTV cameras are installed around the property, providing an added layer of security. For those looking for peace and quiet, this location is perfect. However, if you’re in the mood for a more lively, party-like environment, you might want to consider other hotels.

Needs Urgent Safety Improvements

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the overall ambiance and location are commendable, I feel it’s important to highlight a few critical safety concerns that need immediate attention.

There is a ramp at the entrance leading to the courtyard, which is extremely slippery. Unfortunately, as soon as I stepped on it, I lost balance, fell hard, and sustained injuries to my lower back and both hands. It was a painful and alarming experience.

Additionally, right after entering through the main door to reach the reception, I noticed that the floor is uneven—with a height difference of around 3–4 inches. This elevation change is not clearly marked or easily visible, which poses a serious tripping hazard, especially for guests who may not be expecting it.

I hope the management takes these issues seriously and addresses them quickly—perhaps by installing anti-slip strips on the ramp and adding visible warnings or leveling the flooring near the reception. With these improvements, the hotel can offer a much safer and more welcoming experience...
