Hotel kargil heights — Hotel in Ladakh

The hotel is located inside a hardware and heavy engineering market beside the Suru River. But the river is not quite visible from the hotel balcony or rooms.

Twin tower hotel with a common green lawn with seating and common balconies in each floor in both towers look like mice.

While the staff are very responsive in service, food was a big disappointment. We experienced spoiled corn and an insect in the soup maybe accidentally. But again at dinner, the veg ball in Manchurian wasn't cooked well and felt uncooked. Chicken in curry was completely hard with no taste, and seems to be frozen chicken for many days. In breakfast, mixed Paratha was mostly uncooked and most people are leaving the uncooked outer part in plates.

I didn't get hot water on tap at 4:50 AM. Toilet flush hardly dispenses any water in each flush. Need minimum 3 to 4 flushes in 5 mins apart to clear the waste.

Over all these manager showed the absolute patience to listen to me and promised to rectify the food and toilet issues which are in their control.

We were 3 couples and 1 kid stayed at this property for a day and the hospitality received from them was outstanding and location is ok. Food was really good and the property had a lovely big lawn. We really like the Staff and the manager. Climate was cold for us and they had room heater but it wasn’t working well to heat the room. Overall we loved this property and highly recommended for your stay at Kargil. Hotel Manager Vijay Sharma and the staff was from Jammu were really great.
