MPT Club View, Pachmarhi — Hotel in Madhya Pradesh

AMAZING AMBIANCE AND SCENERY. HERITAGE PLACE BUT the staffs are cheaters ...it seems!! You read that Right. !! For example: They don't have their own food menu!!!!. The have the menu for Glenview restaurant and in that menu there are 3 kind of prices for food items!!!. Just a twist of names to puzzle the people.. For example same chilli chicken has 3 prices, same boiled rice has 3 kind of prices and you will be not able to distinguish between what to take. They serve you one and charge for the higher price wherever mentioned. VERY TRICKY!!! We have faced it. But,Food Taste is good and they are hygienic. They charge for bills for which you have no clue. We rectified their bills 5 times and Very unprofessionally they just casually say sorry!!! Never book anything through them for sight seeing, they will call a person from whom they get commission and they will Charge you a lot extra. The unprofessional staffs recruited are spoiling the good name of this wonderful place. MP tourism must take stern action...

Hi, This was the first time i stayed at MPT Club view, Pachmarhi. (Room no 2)

Upon arrival our baggage were first disinfected promptly. We settled in our rooms. Rooms were good, cleaned. Washrooms were all cleaned and dried as well. In my room drier was missing. And also had a issue with Air conditioner as it was leaking through out (told the manager about it) it was not repaired till the time we left.

Also found so much of mosquitos inside and outside for the very first time at any Pachmarhi MPT (This was also first time and told about this issue to the HM)

Overall location of Hotel is peaceful with green surroundings. We booked 4 rooms and all were different in sizes.

Overall we all enjoyed our stay with good morning breakfast! It was relaxing stay for all of us after the 4months of extensive Lockdown in our region. We breathed some fresh air.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for couple of days in July. It's a British era guest house renovated into a hotel, still retains the ancient architecture with a slight modern touch. Surroundings are completely vacant so place can be really peaceful.

Inhouse Kitchen is below par and mostly focus on the usually breakfast, dinner/lunch menu as part of the package. Refused to entertain Alacarte order due to limitation in kitchen. There are multiple better restraunts in 1 km radius and I would advise people to go out and try those instead.

Rooms are simply huge and looks feel more like suite. Worth going for a decent price. Sufficient garden area for kids to play, dedicated balconies are available as well with the room.

Service need slight improvement but can't expect too much from MPT...
