I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the extremely poor service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked two rooms online well in advance and even had a confirmation voucher, yet upon arrival, the hotel denied providing us with the rooms, claiming that they were full. This was an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable situation to be in after a long journey.
After enduring a lengthy wait and finally speaking to the hotel owner, we were eventually provided with the rooms we had originally booked. However, this whole ordeal caused unnecessary stress and wasted a significant amount of our time. It is completely unacceptable for a hotel to overbook its rooms and inconvenience guests who have made confirmed reservations.
Furthermore, the behavior of your reception staff was highly unprofessional and rude. I was shocked to receive phone calls at midnight, insisting that I park my car in a different location. This disruption to my sleep and the lack of consideration for my comfort was completely unnecessary and disrespectful.
As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and receive the level of service that is promised and deserved. Regrettably, my experience at your hotel fell far short of these expectations. The mishandling of our reservation, the inconvenience caused, and the disrespectful behavior exhibited by your staff has left a lasting negative impression.
I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. It is crucial for your hotel to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests. Training your staff in proper customer service etiquette and improving your reservation management system would be a good place to start.

By walk you can reach there if you don’t have heavy luggage’s . Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Very much worth the money for what we pay to find such place in the vicinity of Mattuthavani. It’s on the parallel road of Mattuthavani bus stand but not at all noisy as compared to hotels located in front of the Mattuthavani bus stand. That’s a big added advantage staying here. The restaurants like temple city is only a 10 minutes walk from the property. We have checked in three times for two nights twice and one night once since they have opened. Great stay there!
Except the only minus fact they don’t have Lift. So if you have old age guest with you it’s better to chose ground floor rooms. other wise the room service person is always available to help you purchasing any thing you want from the nearby places.
Because they don’t have restaurant attached breakfast or tea service the room service persons go around the area and buy it according to our choice of restaurants. Very good habit they bring Bill for every single purchase.

Despite making a reservation in advance and notifying you of our arrival, we arrived at 2 AM, and to our surprise, no one was present at the reception. We had to wait outside for a long time, knocking on the door until we finally woke up the night guard. To make matters worse, after all this waiting, we were told that the hotel was fully booked, even though you were aware of our arrival time and the fact that we had a confirmed reservation. As if that wasn’t bad enough, you attempted to charge us 2.5 times the original price for another room, which is completely unreasonable and dishonest. What followed was even worse – you ended up kicking us out into a dangerous neighborhood, with no solution or assistance provided. This is completely unacceptable.
