Akshay Lodge — Hotel in Maharashtra

Worst experience I ever have. For 1 night they first charge 3000/- (per person 1000/-) which was higher cost. After sometime they convince at 2200/- which was still higher cost. The room provided to us was too small. All lights were too dim. TV was there with set top box but no remote was provided. The bed was too small. After demanding the mattress, they gave too big that we had folded it vertically; fully uncomfortable. The worst part at around 12 o clock, the hotel workers drunk liquor in night and started fighting with other room members. Their behaviour with ladies was too unethical and unprofessional. It was disgusting and rude. Because of there fighting we didn't slept in night. At 1:30, when will have to go to Darshan, there was no one to open the main door. Not a single person from hotel was available at night bz they went to drunk person home. No body came after waiting for 10 min. We searched everywhere, we called on helpline but no issue. Hotel is on main road 5 minutes away from st. Gyaneshwar mandir. They offer 12 hours check out which was ₹700/ and 24 hours ₹1400/- which is costly as compared to other hotels in area.
