I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ambai Executive Lodge in Tuljapur, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay.

Hello all, whoever going to take room in this lodge be carefully. I met an incident with this hotel people on 29/5/20205.. an pathetic truly uneducated behavior.. I have checked in at 5 and at that time hotel person said rent was 1500 and then he didn't ask for me check in policy and I was hurry for darshan ..came by 10 pm no on was there at reception ..by mid 2 am .. people with 3 aged 20 came to ask for checkin at that time .. if anyone coming 2 am midnight asking and ringing bell ..one should concern right .I said I will chekin morning but that uneducated drunken behavior made me panic..and the guys who was there when I was checked in hotelnby 5pm no person are there entire new people was and arguing.. I said show the recording footage by the time I checked in ..they didn't have and i asked to Call their hotel manager they refused.. and saying bad words in marati.. one doubt if that guys who gave room keys at 5 pm ..these don't know who gave keys for me..such fool guys..finally after paying extra total 2300 they calm down.. Whoever wants to have room booked please think once of their staff behavior.. else u...

We had a very disappointing and fraudulent experience at this hotel. I had booked two rooms through MakeMyTrip, but upon our arrival around 1 AM, we were informed that only one room had been allocated. The hotel staff admitted that one of their team members had assigned just a single room without even checking the MakeMyTrip voucher or invoice.

When we requested the second room, they told us that all rooms were fully occupied and they couldn't accommodate us at this property. They then arranged for us to stay at another hotel, which turned out to be extremely basic — the bed was covered in dust, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. This caused us significant discomfort and inconvenience.

When we asked for compensation, the staff refused outright and began arguing with us in a rude and unprofessional manner.
