Stayed at this property for one night with family. Nice location, 100m from temple. Nice clean room with King bed. Could easily accommodate family of 4 with two kids (upto 8 yrs). Parking available in basement from back entrance close to main parking of Tuljapur. Access to rooms from basement slightly dull. Main entrance is right on the main matket through which you can proceed to temple. Small eating joints available on main road. Nothing fancy.

No restaurant at the property. No facility in the room for tea. They can serve tea from nearby restaurant on payment basis.

Hot water available only in morning hours.

Rent was Rs-900 for 24 hours

Temple is at walkable distance.

Ambience was too much worst,room was untidy too.

Even washroom was not clean & need immediate repair work it was untidy suffered unbearable experience,flurocent tubelight was not working.

Room was unhygienic, even they can not provide drinking water in a jug.

Washbasin waste coupling was missing.

There was too much dust on sliding windows & they where not movable easily need a repair work for them also.

We booked 3 rooms, all rooms were large and spacious. Plus point is that the temple is at walkable distance. In one room the AC worked fine, whereas in the other rooms the AC did not have cooling much. The bathroom in one room was fine while in the other rooms we suffered foul smell and choking problem. It is still undergoing renovation so hopefully the owners will work on these issues. Otherwise the staff was very Co operative and helpful. We stayed for just 1 night so I would give it a 3...
