It was one of the most pathetic and terrible experience we booked the villa for 22000 and one whole day there was no light no electricity nothing it was trembling hot and the ekostay sales people werent even bothered to pickup calls We couldnt charge our phones. Their terms mentioned that they would provide inverter backup but nothing was provided forget ac even fans werent working in alibaug bugs frogs mosquitoes and spiders are very frequent and in that heat without fans they were everywhere around us Sales team especially the rude sanjana maam picked our call after checkout and then she said no calls were made to her inspite sharing her screenshots and everything she didnt even bother to reply The caretaker itself agreed upon the situation and said no inverter backup was provided when we demanded for refund through mail or call no one bothered to reply Also they have a pet dog who stays there 24/7 and...
