Rewriting My Review to clarify you response I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my honest experience to help future travelers make an informed decision.

The overall experience with this property was extremely disappointing and stressful from the very beginning.

Booking and Confirmation Issues I had booked the property through a well-known and trusted online travel agency @MakeMyTrip . Despite this, I was informed by the property owner that they had not received any confirmation. However, when I arrived, the staff at the front gate asked for my name and clearly had a record of it—yet still denied me entry. This contradiction was confusing and frustrating, especially after a long 5 hour road journey.

Relocation Request Shortly after the confusion at the gate, I was asked to move to a different property approximately 13 km away. I was traveling with my 2-year-old child, and this sudden change was both distressing and impractical. There was no prior notice or proper arrangement made, and it felt like a last-minute adjustment without any concern for our comfort or safety.

Lack of Accountability While the property later expressed regret for the inconvenience, their actions didn’t align with that sentiment. There was no real effort to resolve the situation or provide appropriate support during a clearly stressful experience. A simple apology does not make up for the inconvenience caused, especially when traveling with a young child.

Overall Experience In my view, staying at a property is not just about the time spent on-site—it includes the entire customer journey, from the moment of booking to departure. Unfortunately, that journey was riddled with confusion, lack of communication, and poor service in this case.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I also hope future guests receive the level of service and hospitality that one expects when booking through reputable platforms. Very disappointed with our experience at Bollywood Villa in Karjat. We had a confirmed booking, but to our shock, it was denied when we reached the station. After traveling all the way, being told last minute that our booking wouldn’t be honored was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

We chose Bollywood villa, Karjat to enjoy with 35 people from the office, when we went to this spot, the service was very bad, lack of cleanliness, we had to ask for everything, also the drinking water facility was not provided properly, the light was going out frequently, we did not even get hot water for bathing, lack of cleanliness of the swimming pool, when we had 28 people, they took the money of 35 people, I have to say one thing, the way you take money, the service should be provided, I hope that the service will improve in the future.
