Capital O 19703 Silver Crest — Hotel in Maharashtra

Me and my friends family stayed here recently where 2 rooms were booked for two families respectively. This hotel seemed different from other Treebo we stayed in following points,||||1) The parking in hotel is open and very much congested. It can park only 2-3 cars in tight situation. If no one is there to guide you then you may scratch your car.||||2) The hotel management is very sluggish, they made us wait for 10-15 min at their reception as they were unaware of our bookings. The person on reception at last taken pic of hotel booking message and sent it somewhere to confirm our bookings.||||3) The rooms are ok-ok sort but the washrooms in one room was not clean and in my friends room while it was leaking in my room. The toilet seat was loose.||||4) There was only one towel provided for my friends family.||||5) In morning around 7:00am there was no water in any of taps. We need to wake up the sleeping staff and then they started the motor.||||6) For complimentary breakfast the time stated near reception was 8:00am to 10:00am. We came to know that they have some new cook hence time for breakfast is 8:30am onwards. The next day when we actually ordered it we came to know that they won’t serve it before 9:00am.||||7) They have some wired policy of breakfast. As per them the rooms are of double occupancy hence they will serve complimentary and limited breakfast for only 2 persons. If you have kids along with you then you should pay for their breakfast separately for which the rates are at higher side. The said breakfast is served in rooms as they don’t have their pantry.||||8) This Treebo hotel did not took our feedback at checkout.||||The only positive points about this hotel is good and free WiFi. The other thing is running hot water throughout the day (If water is available)||||I won't be staying here next time rather won't recommend...

Pathetic place! complete waste of money. mosquitoes roam in the kitchen. I have never seen a kitchen which smells so bad on opening its gate! Such Filth! All the lenin used in the room stinks of smell and is dirty and on asking for fresh pieces, they just turn them to look new as if people are fools that they will not recognise it. On complaining, they say that the dry cleaners clean like this only! They don't provide even OYO toiletries. Bathrooms are just cleaned with water! just imagine!! there are so many webs all around the hotel, nobody notices it. No cleanliness in the hotel. Please don't...

When you reach Hotel they, are giving reasons and demanding extra money for giving room. No hot water in morning Light goes off very frequently. AC trips every now and then. At night they switched off ac from main switch. Breakfast is not served at time. Near mapro garden but far from Mahabaleshwar. This hotel was priviously with oyo then trebo then fab hotels and now they don't have any tie ups as per hotel staff. May be due to such service all the big names stopped working with them so that their name don't get spoiled. There were many negative reviews on Google but I thought to give a try but alas...
