Response to reply I am not able to reply to the responses so making these edits. Thanks for clarifying all the events in your response and proving my reviews are not baseless. I never mentioned it was theft but I was not satisfied with the reasoning how the ring was lost. As per the response, I postponed my visit to saturday because your caretaker agreed he will keep ring safe and I trusted him but on Saturday caretaker asked me to come Monday as other person has kept the ring and he is in kokan and will be returning on monday but interestingly caretaker calls me on Sunday that ring is lost. This means the story about other person in kokan was all false, right?. Caretaker told he has kept it somewhere in resort so will search once the guest checkout but then the resort owner calls and assures he will compensate with ring amount if ring is not found in a week but that didn't happen, false assurance. Regarding compensation with 1 night stay, that ring is more valuable than 1 night stay. Cutting story short, I lost a valuable in the resort which was found by caretaker but was not able to take care of it so this event looses the trust that forgotten things can be retained back.

Edit 1 I have added my genuine review a weak back and now the management/staff has asked a contractor staying next door, who never stayed here, to add a review addressing to me personally. I have to attach the chat ss (just to prove my review is not baseless) of conversion with the staff who found, then lost the ring again. This is even worse to put in reviews to personally attack reviewers. This again a major safety concern.
