Chetan Executive — Hotel in Maharashtra

Worst place to stay. I had already informed to them that I will be checking in late due to my travel time. Before reaching the hotel, I was called to confirm if I’m going to check-in, I said yes and arrived the venue in next 20 mins. However, after I reached the hotel, I was informed that there is no room and I was asked to wait for 15 mins while they try to arrange one for me. 15 mins of wait eventually turned into 2 hours of waiting in an empty reception and no response from the manager. He had a lot of attitude given that the mistake is on their side. I later booked another hotel for myself and my family. Conclusion, my guess is that while I was on my way to the hotel, they had a customer who wanted a room, which is why the receptionist called to ask me if I’m going or not, and eventually they gave my room to someone else with an idea of arranging another room upon my arrival which they terribly failed to do so. If such an incident can occur, what is the point of pre-booking online. Really the WORST HOTEL...

I didn’t actually stay here, I went to stay but after seeing rooms I could not stay. On the outside rooms are okayish. But if we see closely rooms are full of cockroaches. There is an alcohol shop at the bottom so the place is full of alcoholic people. In one of the room there were cockroaches sprawling in the whole washroom and on the window. The TV was not installed. Very poor maintenance. The staff was very careless and they are asking more money. Almost 1500/- for such rooms. The price mentioned online was 1100/- The staff also said if, I book it online then they will not give the room. Also, regarding cockroaches he said that I cannot do anything it’s out of my control. Such, a pathetic experience. After seeing all this I just ran away from the place. Not at all recommended for families. We visited this property 5 months ago, hotel has very poor maintenance.|Location is outskirt of main pune area. 10-12 km from Pune railway station. Very difficult to find hotel even.|Hotel not managed well, many cockroaches seen below bed, Washroom ventilation glasses broken so people from street can easily view you. So we got upgrade to other room since it was available.|But rooms are very small & not cleaned even, In-house food not tasty at all, Room Windows were not closing, one can look for other properties near Railway Station.
