Collection O Hotel Madhuban Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

Booked through Oyo for ₹400 per day , staff was angry and rude that we paid through Oyo app and not to him directly. He went on rant for 10 minutes about how Oyo is bad , doesn't pay them so he withholds toiletries from guests.

He showed us toiletries from Oyo in packed box and gave us 1 towel , 2 chaddars and 1 ₹4medimix soap while bragging how generous he is being.

Rooms are dirty and dimly lit. Sheets are dirty. There are bugs- houseflies , mosquitoes, cockroaches.

Staff refused to give anything to ward off mosquitoes, I had to go out at the middle of the night to buy repellent.

The room door lock was taped in such way that we couldn't properly lock it. Next day staff came through the door while I was inside. When he saw me he gave reason "guy in next room was locked out I mistook this room for that"

Hot water is ₹30 per bucket for bath.

Outside food is not allowed because lodgers should only order from the hotel itself.

At the time of check out a lady staff member forcefully took phone from my hand telling it was to see "checkout code" There isn't any such thing. After taking it back she admitted it was to give 5 star ratings. She was confrontational and hostile towards me when I refused to give rating.

It is still rated 4.2 on oyo. Don't fall for these...

Worst hotel I've visited. No manners to staff Lady was taking mobile from our hands without permission and deceiving us that she needs checkout details from our app, and upon refusal, very rudely behaved and lastly we came to know she wanted to put good reviews for hotel by herself. It's very rude the way they talk, they literally don't hesitate to argue with customers even if we pay on app and not directly to them. We visited Madhuban Resort Khadakwasla on the account of my birthday. Very perfectly they decorated our room and arranged a cake also on last moment.The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained.The staff were so friendly and helpful.The lunch, snacks and dinner was delicious and had a great variety of options.
