If google had a negative rating then i would have given it that. Save your money & go to any other place. This place is poorly maintained, unhygienic, and lacks even the most basic standards of hospitality. Definitely not suitable for families, friends or anyone looking for a peaceful & clean stay.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Our 2 night stay at Ekostay Tropicana Villa was very dissatisfing & underwhelming.

Don't go on the pics, pool is very small. The swimming pool was dirty when we arrived & they did not change the water or cleaned it properly.

The bathrooms had a foul odor, flush weren't working. For the first time we got to know they have a rule that they can't go upstairs to clean so the upper rooms or the bathroom weren’t cleaned even once during our stay.

The speaker or tv was not working. They did not have any game which they mentioned in the list except carrom available.

The villa floors were mopped but not cleaned properly. Water stayed on the floor there for a super long time. Floor mops were also not cleaned.

The staircase had a water leak problem & a large pool of water was formed near it. It was difficult to go up & down

The kitchen was a different story all together. They had a very dirty sink & tiles in the kitchen had horrible dirt. The microwave was also very unhygienic & not cleaned properly. The fridge was not working properly & had water logged inside it.

Headboards were dusty & had not been cleaned properly. So much dirt & waste was lying under the bed & other furniture.

Cockroaches were found in several places inside the microwave, under furniture, and around the kitchen.

We had to order paper plates & cutlery along with our food as we were terrified to use their utensils as the place was so unhygienic.

Maindoor had a horrible lock & can't be safely locked from inside which was a major safety issue.

Ongoing construction work nearby made it very noisy. Dustbins were never cleared.

Poor Management and Accountability on the grounds of hygiene, safety & hospitality.

They claimed the property is cleaned before every new guest, but our experience clearly said otherwise.

Definitely not recommending...

Extremely Disappointed with Our Eco Stay Villa Experience Our recent stay at the eco stay villa was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite booking the Shivay Villa two months in advance, we were informed at the last moment that our villa had been changed to Om Villa. This unexpected switch was the first sign of a frustrating experience to come.

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the swimming pool in Om Villa was significantly smaller than what we had anticipated. This made it difficult for all the guests to enjoy a relaxing swim or spend quality time by the poolside.

To add to our dismay, the night brought further troubles. The air conditioning and fans in all four bedrooms were non-functional, leaving us sweltering in the heat and unable to sleep comfortably. Despite reaching out to the caretaker multiple times, we were directed to contact the person through whom we had made the booking. This lack of accountability and unresponsive approach from the staff only added to our frustration.

Additionally, the state of the kitchen was far from satisfactory. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority, with dirty countertops and unhygienic conditions. This made it extremely challenging to prepare meals or feel comfortable using the kitchen facilities.

The quality of the food provided during our stay was also disappointing. It did not meet our expectations and fell short of the promised standards. The overall taste and presentation left much to be desired.

Furthermore, the caretaker's attitude towards cleanliness was unacceptable. They seemed disinterested and spent most of their time secluded in their own room, neglecting their responsibilities to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

In conclusion, our experience at this eco stay villa was riddled with issues, including a last-minute switch of villas, a small swimming pool, malfunctioning AC and fans in the bedrooms, an unclean kitchen, subpar food quality, and a caretaker who displayed a lack of concern for cleanliness. Review for Ecostay Tropicana Villa Aum – Extremely Disappointing Stay

Our stay at Ecostay Tropicana Villa Aum was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and here’s what we had to deal with: Dirty Swimming Pool: The pool was filthy. Despite repeated requests, the water was never changed. We were told it’s only changed weekly, which is unacceptable, especially for long stays. Zero Cleanliness: • Washrooms smelled terrible and were never cleaned during our stay. • Sofas were torn, dirty, and had no foam. • Floors were not cleaned even once. • We ended up paying ₹2000 to a caretaker from the neighboring villa just to get basic cleaning done. • Dustbins were never emptied. • The entire place was stingy, smelly, and full of fruit flies. • Cockroaches were found in the kitchen, inside the microwave, and under the sofa. No Proper Staff Support: • No caretaker was present for 3 nights. • We weren’t even given keys, so we had to enter through the kitchen window. • None of the contact numbers for the caretaker, owner, or regional head were reachable during our stay. Basic Amenities Not Working: • ACs and geysers were not working in some rooms, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Haunted Experience: • On multiple nights, we witnessed what seemed like a child moving around the villa. It was deeply unsettling and eerie. Unsafe and Noisy: • Ongoing construction nearby made the environment extremely noisy. • Toiletries were either used or missing entirely. • The kitchen was unhygienic and full of cockroaches. Terrible Management: • Though the property has CCTV cameras, no one monitors guest concerns. • They claimed photos are taken before check-in, but the condition of the villa proved otherwise. • After payment, all accountability vanished.
