Grand Regal — Hotel in Maharashtra

One of the best hotel stays I've had was at The GRAND REGAL, ISLAMPUR. From the moment I arrived, the staff (RECEPTIONIST ALAM) was incredible welcoming and attentive. The lobby was grand and luxurious, with stunning views of the cityscape.

The room itself was spacious and elegantly decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was supremely comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with many stuffs.The city view from the window, It was truly breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights were dazzling.

The hotel facilities were also top-notch.

Now let's talk about the food. The The GRAND REGAL in ISLAMPUR boasts an impressive array of dining options, catering to different tastes and preferences.

One of the most memorable dish we had was THE BUTTER GARLIC PRAWNS, extraordinary taste. Each dish was a work of art, and the service was attentive and knowledgeable.

To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses.

Overall, my stay at The GRAND REGAL in ISLAMPUR was truly unforgettable. The hotel's attention to detail, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional dining options made it a truly memorable experience. It's definitely a place I would love to return to in the future. Last but not the least Mr ALAM the receptionist... Makes your stay at hotel very comfortable at every moment.. Very humble n politely behaved person.... M very thankful to the hotel management chief for keeping such a great workers in their staff...

The rooms at this Hotel were quite decent, offering a comfortable stay. However, I must express my disappointment with a couple of issues that significantly impacted our experience.

Firstly, the air conditioning system was not working properly during our stay. With hot weather outside, this made the room uncomfortably warm, leading to a less than ideal environment for relaxation or sleep.

Secondly, despite the high price point of the hotel, the maintenance seemed lacking. The kettle provided in the room was dirty, which was concerning as I needed hot water for my sore throat. Unfortunately, even after trying multiple times, I was unable to get hot water from it, which was quite frustrating.

These issues combined made our stay less enjoyable than expected. Given the premium price, we had higher expectations for the overall maintenance and amenities. It’s unfortunate that these shortcomings detracted from what could have been a more pleasant experience...
