The Malhar Hotel — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Absolutely horrible experience. We were searching for a good place and decided to check this. Since we were not that hungry we ordered direct main course mutton malvani. We almost waited for half an hour and finally we were served with extremely spicy and tasteless malvani. Service was absolutely pathetic. Upon notifying the staff they took remaining portion and came back with some tryouts on it. The spiciness was still there by the time it got served we almost finished our dinner and we had to eat with that curry only. No one bothered to opologies for the inconveniences. Later when bill arrived it was almost 900 for that pathetic malvani which we didn't even enjoyed. Finally when we asked this to counter, they provide huge 10 percent discount, which was like, "hey I don't bother about your experience, take this and go away". Today's experience about Hotel Malhaar is very negative. The attending staff behaviour is ignoring the customer. From providing a menu card and taking orders. Waiting time to serve order is irritating. To serve two dishes of starter takes more than one hour after ordering. They introduced the thali system which is @ Rs. 400 to 450 was worst in quality. We ordered same time starter and Thali together It was served very late @ 1 hours. after finishing starters. Totally today's experience is dissatisfied . Waiting time and Thali quality. We observed that the customers are decreased maximum tables are vacant. The customers may be appreciate food quality not only atmosphere. I was driving with my wife from Nerul, Navi Mumbai to Sangli left home at around 6 am got stuck in Pune for around 2 hours. Initially had breakfast at Khalapur Food Court after taking the left turn at Peth naka we decided to look for a hotel to dine & a big hoarding The Malhar caught my eye & I don’t know somehow felt this would be great place & my eyes began its quest to reach the spot & we were finally there.
