The guard at the gate refused to let our SUV in even though v had a booking wanted to know our room number how can v know our room number when we haven't checked in??

Ravindra at the reception refused to let us check into our room until we paid 50% of the remaining amount even though we had already paid 50% of the amount the day I did the booking.i even told him I have 2kids patiently waiting&we r tired but he wouldn't budge. I told him v r not going to run away with the other 50%. Imagine if we treat people like they did if a patient comes to our hospital?

The resort location is beautiful especially if u come from a city stressful life bustling with traffic&activity.its a 280 acre property in the middle of a forest designed intelligently into condos, villas, ranch with 16-18 horses, boating, kayaking at the lake. The condos r 200mts away from the main reception&deck which is the restraunt which has a petting zoo with chickens&ducks.they provide electric buggies to take u around &it's a pleasure to walk as well surrounded by bamboo trees on both sides of the road. The condos r spacious clean well maintained "what u see is what u get! " With a beautiful view of the lake&a view of Cerenity Castle.

Excellent indoor kiddy play area with books, soft ball area. For older kids nice area to playcarrom outdoor games books.

Surrender Yadav pleasant person at the condos who does his best to get us the buggies at the earliest. The Rajasthani guys looking after the horses r patient. Monika at the Deck kind lady to deal with. All the buggy drivers are kind&courteous.

We chose this particular Ecoresort as it lives up to it in the true sense of the word with the plates being made of rice husk, use of solar panels, use of electric buggies, biogas, vermicompost, rain water harvesting, reed technology, furniture is made of scrap wood, they grow their own fruits&veggies, zero wastage, employ staff from nearby areas, etc. It's in a forest area so a different experience with fantastic activities for kids&adults of all ages swimming, kayaking, horseriding, nature trail, paddle boating.

Food was ok pricey too much soda&hygiene is definitely a question as my kids &I got gastroenteritis issues. Service is slow suseigad even though I understand the walk from the kitchen to the condos is 200mts.the non veg chicken(kombdi cha kalwan, chicken lapeta, mangalorean ghee roast) needs to be cooked more it was slightly underdone on multiple occasions with the meat tough&definitely not juicy&succulent. The tomato pesto soup & pasta in arrabiatta sauce was yumm, the classic chicken fried rice was good too. Khichdi nice but small portion&rediculously priced. The butter garlic naan was yumm. Butter chicken biryani so so

The menu at the deck has to be scanned (no hardcopy provided) so when the internet is low &if u r hungry God help u that's what we faced on our first meal on 24th may Friday when we checked in. Ordered chicken noodles it came without any chicken in it so halfway I mentioned to the waiter he took the bowl back to the kitchen&guess what the same bowl with less noodles but just added boiled chicken came back. We just laughed at it allowed the chef to think we didn't realise his dishonesty. U can fool some of the people all of the time &all of the people some of the time but u cant fool the "Mahendrakars"

Pls include pizzas in your menu.

Housekeeping we had to wait 2hrs to get our room cleaned request to be heard. Requested for dry towels to be kept at the pool side which were never brought there.

Requests for drinking water&tea&coffee sachets were attended to immediately.

Pleasant stay because of the beautiful clean property&spacious condos & activities...

"Seriously what a place is this!!" This was my and my wife's first reaction when we reached to the reception. We went to Trimbakeshwar Jyotirling darshan on our First anniversary. Our plan was to stay in Nashik overnight and to leave the next day after Darshan. We didn't book any property online as it was very confusing for us being a first time visitor to Nashik city. in midway my from a mutual connection Mr Suraj we got an information about a resort named GRAPE COUNTY. Considering this as a normal resort we reached there and here are some points which we would like to mention about it - Because of my work schedule I visit to many cities and have to stay in many kind of properties, would like to rate it among the BEST RESORT we visited till date. This is on the Trimbakeshwar road only so you reach there in 10-15 mins. This is spread in 320 acres having all amenities like Nature's tour, Horse riding, kayaking, Boating, SPA and indoor games like TT and all. Everything is functional and super maintained. We went there just to stay but even at the reception only we decided to extend our stay by one day and celebrate our most important day of life, our first anniversary, there only and I think that was our best decision. They gave a garden view room which had a private garden in attached to the room and the garden was lake facing. (There are 5 man made lakes too.) The breakfast and the food was as tasty as some 5 star properties. To go from one location to another they have vehicles available always.

Now coming to some special people who are acting like a cherry on a cake for this property. First of all Mr Tejas the owner of the property, Although his staff is highly trained to treat everyone very nicely but still he asked his staff to make our day special and we are actually very thankful to him for this great gesture. Mr. Ajay, Front desk and IT head, Man, I mean what a man he is. I have full paragraph for him but writing in a line that Mr Tejas and his family is blessed to have an employee like him. He is treating this business as his own business and not leaving any stone unturned to take the resort to the new heights. I mean if you have an employee like Mr. Ajay, you can be rest assured, everything will go smooth. Mr Vikas head of F&B, When we decided to spend or anniversary day there in the resort, Mr Vikas made it like an unforgettable moment for us by putting all F&B team's effort to make it special. The decoration, the food, the behaviour of F&B staff, everything was more than perfect. Last but not the least Mr. Nitin from F&B department who sacrificed his working hours just because of our special day. Most humble person we came through recently.

At last here are few pointers. It's an experience place, Don't go there only to stay but to explore. You are coming to Nashik, Don't stay anywhere, stay only at this property, It's completely worth it. You are planning a 1 Day Nashik trip, Extend it by 1 day and go there to just stay. You are passing through any nearby city, divert your route and visit there to stay for atleast 1 day.

I might sound crazy while explaining about it but trust me you will feel each and every sentence of mine if you would go there to stay. Thanks to Mr Tejas, Mr. Ajay, Mr. Vikas and Mr Nitin. You guys actually made our day super special.

Love and...

We visited this place with family & friends. Trust be it was best decision taken to select this resort. This place is 20 min from Trimbak temple & around 40 min from Sula. You can book you rooms through any online portal for best deals. I did try directly, but online was better.

Rooms : There are many opitions from single family rooms to big groups. Thus you have Sky deck rooms, Garden Condo, Patio condo, Glass Bunglows, etc.

Now bunglows are for big groups. thus we opted for Garden condo. Garden & patio condo both are lake view direct. The difference is the Balcony u get & height. garden condo has huge balcony - garden to chill during day & night by the lake. Whereas Patio condo would only have seat out small area for 2 again facing the lake. Prices vary for 2-3k in all. Rooms are spacious with all amenities.

Restaurant: They have 1 restaurant within the premises. It serves all cuisines from Indian, Chinese, Thai, and Local Maharatrian cuisine to sizzler, etc. We tried all cuisine & trust me everything was lip-smacking delicious. But yes if u don't eat spicy, it's bit difficult as all meals were on the spicy side. Do try their Pitla, Sev Tamatar, Wanghi, and local cuisine.

Breakfast is a good spread. 90% Indian with dosa & eggs live counters. They aren't so good with bakery items but the rest is excellent.

Service: Trust me they have best of staff. From security to reception to hiuse keeping to restaurant all have pleasing personality, very helpfull & at service. Also the Golf cart drivers & safari staff.

Jungle Safari : This resort has special love for animals & birds. You can enjoy every bird criping around. Also ducks, roosters, guineafall etc have specific area. Kids have super time playing with them.

They have option of Safari. Night safari was what we opted for. Mr anant wale & team ( parmeshwar guide, Driver to drive you to jungle) all are just excellent with thier work. They see to it that you dont get dissacpointed of seeing the animals. We saw Leopard, hyenas & night cats. It was beautiful experience. As my son is animal lover, Mr anant, did try his best to show him & share all possible incidents. he had best of his time.

Activities: Boating, Kayaking, Horse Riding, Jungle Safari, Bird watching, Cycling are few of the best activities you should not miss during your stay. Also visit the Wind mill & watch tower during the sun rise & sun set. Activity room is in Garden & patio Condo area, thus these rooms r best to choose if with kids. Swimming pool is decent enough. They are also soon opening 1 more pool at condo area.

I think I have explained the complete resort. But yes the real feel is when u r there. I would def recommend you to opt for this hotel if at Nasik.

Special thanks to Hotel staff Aniket, Parmeshwar, Anant, house keeping, Lady at the restaurant, our safari driver & daily car...

We visited Grape country during Good Friday weekend. We opted to stay in Tent house for a different experience. Stay was good. Service was good and so was the food. We enjoyed different activities like Boat ride, Kayaking, Horse riding, nature trail etc. Overall time spent well with lot of happy memories! Tent houses are bit far from reception area, You can drive your vehicles there or they can drop you till there by their vehicles. You can call at reception, If you want to come to the reception or restaurant area they will send their vehicles. Service is prompt. Staff is courteous and provide you lot of information about the activities at the resort. Tents are clean and well managed. In the afternoon it was very hot and no amount of AC was able to cool it down (No complaints though). But evening was cool and pleasant. Early morning you wake up to pleasant chirping of birds from the trees nearby. The only things that could have been better or have chance to improve are: 1) Check-in and check-out process can be smoother. There is only one executive (Kalash) working tirelessly at the counter. She has to manage everything - checking in/out, attending calls, resolving customer queries/complaints and what not. You spend nearly 30 mins for checking in. Perhaps they can deploy more executives to cater this which will ease her load. 2) Restaurant service experience can be improved. When we went to restaurant (specifically dinner), no waiter visited our table to take our order for almost half an hour. After long wait we had to approach manager who sent someone to take our order. So when you go to the restaurant, make sure you catch someone to take down the order rather than waiting for someone to come. Not that they are lazy, all the waiters were busy running serving the customer. It looked like they were clueless how to manage it. We felt Jessica is very hardworking. She was efficient in her work managing customers very well. 3) Proper information about activities carried out at the resort. When we checked in Kalash explained us about the activities that we can participate. However we later came to know about more activities that were not mentioned such as night safari and morning trek. Perhaps they can have some activity calendar board or pamphlets that can clearly mention all the activities that are carried out at the resort. 4) It seem that they have installed septic tank near tent house reception area. It stinks when you visit the reception area. Luckily tent house area is not that stinky. Perhaps they can install air freshener spray to keep the area fresh and smelling well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grape County Resort and Spa in Nashik, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The resort is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Grape County Resort and Spa, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Here are some specific things that I liked about the resort: The location is amazing. The resort is situated in the Nashik countryside, surrounded by vineyards and hills. The views from the rooms are simply stunning. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I stayed in a deluxe room, which had a king-size bed, a large living area, and a private balcony with view of lake & the surrounding hills. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Everyone I interacted with was always willing to help and go the extra mile. The amenities are top-notch.
