Hotel Blooming Soul (Rooms & Banquet Hall) — Hotel in Maharashtra

The hotel is in an apartment building with a separate entrance. It's just on one floor (1st floor) with 19 rooms. The ample covered parking is available in the basement. The location is very close to Rankala lake ( no lake view) towards Gaganbavda ghaat. Positives - rooms are spacious and clean. Service - Room service is quick Staff - is cordial. Want to specify Neeraj's name as most of the times he gave room service and breakfast service. The hotel being small, the staff might play various roles. Food - The only food we had was a complementary Breakfast. Though they don't have a Breakfast counter and you have to order from the available menu ( there were enough options such as Puri bhaaji, pohe, upma, bread butter, omelet, tea, coffee) it's unlimited. This arrangement is fair as they must not be having a lot of occupancy and this helps to prevent food wastage. They provide BF in the room as well. Tip - to save time, order BF before you go to the restaurant. Food quality is good.

Price - I found it little pricey (5040 /day), but it was a Christmas weekend so couldn't complain.

Overall this place is good for a short family or business stay...

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night during transit to mahabaleshwar. The rooms need maintenance when it comes to washroom door latch, paint etc.overall on cleanliness the hotel is ok. The portion of the food served can be increased. the hotel is a bit far from highway so if someone is thinking about using it as a transit then they might not find it useful. The reception area is at an upper floor and one has to take a lift to reach the reception which one can find a bit difficult to notice. As we needed a late check-in so we called the manager beforehand to discuss about the room availability, but after reaching we found the check-in process to be not smooth as we had to first find the entrance then for the allocation also we had to wait as the person in reception took time to confirm from the manager about the booking. One of the security staffs was a bit rude when we asked him to open the parking area gate so that we could park our car which came as a shock to us. Overall it was not...

I drove from Bangalore to Surat on 13th and 14th Nov and wanted a hotel for night halt. I booked a premium room for my stay through Goibibo. I called the hotel reception in the afternoon and informed that I would reach by 8PM. They responded positively. When I reached in the night at around 8:30 pm the reception available at the time received us gratefully and started searching for the room. Then the manager came and told we are sold out of the premium rooms and hence upgrading our booking to executive room. He told me to see the room and tell if I have any concern. I went to the room and when I saw I was more than happy. It was like I got a chicken biriyani in the price of veg biriyani :D. The service staffs were very friendly and served well. I would definitely like to recommend this hotel for stay. Attached few pictures...
