Absolutely Horrible Experience – Please Avoid!

I recently stayed at Green County Hotel, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked their Standard Room, and from the moment we entered, we regretted it.

The room was filthy – cobwebs in every corner, dusty furniture, and unclean floors.

The washroom was disgusting – not cleaned at all, constantly wet because the AC water outlet was directly draining into it.

There were small cockroaches crawling around, which was extremely unhygienic.

The bathroom door knob was broken, making it hard to even close the door.

To top it all, no towels, no toiletries, no remote for AC or TV – basic amenities were just not provided.

We suffered six power outages in just nine hours, and there was no backup or apology.

After the stay, I ended up with multiple infections and allergies, clearly due to the poor hygiene of the place.

I honestly don’t know how this place is still operational. If you care even a little about cleanliness, comfort, or basic service, do yourself a favor and stay away from Green...

My recent experience at Hotel Green County was nothing short of a nightmare. The hygiene and cleanliness were not at all a priority. The staff were seemed disinterested in providing even basic assistance.

The room itself was a disaster. Not only unpleasant odor lingering in the air, but the overall cleanliness was pathetic. The washroom resembled something out of a public restroom, with grime and filth in every corner.

To add insult to injury, the air conditioning was purposefully switched off.

Visited here may b 5 or 6 time after visiting n knowing oyo townhouse franchise but by the time the services became very disappointing dont know why yesterday will be last visit i understand have given 100 rs less but for that 100 rs i god badest room ac not worked whole day previosly smart tv had wifi connection that not worked have to call for liquid soap previosly they use to give 3 items in washroom body lotion body wash and handwash now only hand wash previosly in delhi got breakfast buffet now in room. No issue u give it in room have to call for 3 times in 2 hours but dint got it after 2 hours also sorry but for 100 rs its was a worst exp i would have given 200 more but dint expected...
