Hotel Hem Executive — Hotel in Maharashtra

It was good bed for 4 people everything was good.The rate was too high for the room.We did check-in at night,so hot water was not coming in the bathroom.Because the reception said that hot water will not come in the bathroom at night.the second thing, the fan in the room was bad, its sound was coming, so I could not sleep.And in the morning the hot water was not coming in the bathroom. just i check out on my room door open.i saw whole corridor lights off,seriously i really scared.very disgusting and dengeours. and next day morning im asked on reception guy why whole lobby passage everything lights was off. then his answered " only one rooms is your peoples arrived and all rooms are closed because no one is there customer in rooms, and lights bills to save this reason im switching a whole lights off. what the helling this answer. don't stay in this hotel. So please take care of the guests,because he pays...

Worst experience they said i booked through Oyo and had done a prepayment so the owner of the hotel said we cannot allot you rooms, as you've booked through Oyo and you've a very big discount applied, you contact customer support. (I'm a Oyo for the Gold wizard member).

Later when i called customer support they refunded the amount and later one of their staff called around 3 hours later that your booking is there. As if the reception person and the calling team work at different locations.

Stupidity...

Rude and Abusive Staff.

Regularly and purposefully deny rooms booked using Oyo portal without assigning any valid reasons and despite making full payment on Oyo.

Then the staff will redirect you to their another hotel "Aakar International " and screw your savings.

Never select this hotel for stay. They are unethical, immoral, and its a syndicate which will take all your hard earned money away.

Especially if you are traveling to Satara with your kids, family and parents, they will harass you...
