Avoid......!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont know where to start.!!!

Am not a person who gives low ratings or negative reviews...but here i need to change this....check my other reviews....!!!

If you reading my review and have not yet using any of the service and are looking forward to ..... immediately take U-Turn and move away from this Restuarant.... atleast...if bookings done...then dont order food from here...in any condition....

Disaster's second name is this hotel's Restaurant. Currently going through curing for food poisoning thanks to the maybe the stale food I consumed from this Restaurant cause by my badluck had visited this restuarant unfortunately for breakfast--literally this breakfast broke me.

First we reached at 7.45...and were said Restaurant opens at 8am...no worries we waited...Hotel's_Restaurant was looking good and neat thus we took a break there...!!! Isko bolte hai...Packing accha lekin Maal third class.... Then at 8 we started giving orders....we ordered idli, dosa uthappa...cause other things would had taken time... Order arrived ...with following observations Idli was not soft...like stale idli. Chatni was served without oil-fried-topping---vagar bolte. Sambhar--was like clear soup served in hospitals. Uthappa was like jabardasti banaya hua... Dosa was ok Then we complained requestingly For chatni he said vagar nahi kiya hai. Rest things we didn't complain.. We finished somehow whatever we had.... Bomb lies next..... Later we asked them to serve meduwada... It came..boyyy.... first bite we had.....it was super oily, ..saltyyyy..and it was like we should had puked it out...but dont know first bite we all had.....then we called manager/head waiter ...told him to take the bite and let us know how it feels....he denied taking the bite....and we told him not to add in the bill...which he didnt.....he must be knowing all this...... Also we saw other customers were having the same meduwada....we were in awe...how are they eating it.... Shocking Experience..... !!!!!

While taking rides we go to good restuarants for quality food and good washroom......tragedy struck us there too....Washroom was only Indian.....

Sheer badluck....

Only Bisleri we had was good....

I thought many times to give review or not...

Finally am bit keeping well today....and strong enough to express my outbursts.

Also am shocked to see already people have experienced this earlier.... and read their reviews......

This hotel is a repeated offender...must be reported.....

I will see to report this hotel to FDA..

Seems some political goons is running this hotel....not moved by customers experience.

I rarely write reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The entire place is managed horribly from top to bottom. The owner is extremely rude, lacks even the most basic manners, and talks to guests in a shockingly disrespectful way. It’s clear he has no idea how to run a hospitality business.

The manager was no better—completely unhelpful, arrogant, and just as rude as the owner. When we needed assistance, he brushed us off like we were a bother. Isn’t the manager supposed to help guests, not treat them like an inconvenience?

To make matters worse, the Ford service they claim to offer is a joke. Delayed, disorganized, and entirely unreliable. It added unnecessary stress to what was supposed to be a relaxing stay.

And don’t get me started on the food. It looked artificial and was loaded with so much artificial color that it was hard to tell what we were even eating. Not only was it unappetizing, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it caused health issues down the line.

In short: Terrible management, fake-looking food, and poor services. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away...

Owner doesn't react toh this reviews coz he doesn't have interested to to seen this reviews nly chala reha hai na atoh chalo paise milera hai toh Kya farak padra asse reviews se this attitude they deal it worst hotel in lonavala Worst service n worst hotel i have seen in loanavala only for starters it get 1hour for serev i dnt recommend for any other guest . worst food quality i ever experienced in my life not recommended to.any other guest once u eat.vada pav or eat Maggie but dnt eat food on this hotel...
