We were a group of 8 persons who stayed here on Oct 9th and 10th. Our experience was bad.||I had kept a card holder containing Rs. 11,000/- in the laptop compartment of my backpack as emergency cash. The bag was in my room (103) for the entire duration of the stay. On reaching home on the 11th I was shocked to discovered that the card holder along with the cash is missing. In my 30 years of travel this is the first time that my bag has been opened and cash stolen.||Similarly, my colleague, who was keeping accounts, found himself short of Rs.3000/-. ||Later on a distant relative of mine related a similar incident wherein his mobile went missing in the same hotel when he was in the bathroom and the room was being cleaned.||It thus appears that the hotel is staff is notorious for not only lifting valuables but also foropening and searching customer baggage and stealing valuables.||Although we had no problems with the room this incident makes me caution all to AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST if you care for your safety & security.||I have complained to the Hotel owner and will keep all informed if there is any positive action towards recovery...

Read moreThe dining service at this hotel is hands down the worst I’ve ever experienced in hotel history of satara. The staff had no idea what they were doing. We waited forever just to get seated, even though there were plenty of empty tables. Once we were seated, it took ages for anyone to even acknowledge us, let alone take our order.
The staff was inattentive, unorganized, and outright rude. They kept forgetting our requests, like water or napkins, and we had to remind them multiple times.
The level of disinterest from the staff was shocking they were more focused on chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. Overall, it felt like the staff didn’t care at all about the customers, making what should have been a pleasant experience incredibly frustrating.
