Didn't expect from you guys. I thought it's a great place. But when I experienced one of the worse thing in my life I realise how cheap minded the owner is. My brand new 18 lacs car was parked in the parking. Someone scratched the car and went away. And those people didn't even have an idea about it. Security guard was not there. Receptionist was clueless thinking about what to do. No any manager was present. Asked about higher authorities. Receptionist said they can not call or disturb the owner. Somehow when contacted to owner, that rude guy said call the police, it's not our responsibility, security guard can not stay at one place, that respected owner said do whatever you want . We can not do anything if your vehicle got scratched. They don't really care about If your car is parked on there place. I'm sure if there could be a fire in the room of any customer, you'll get die, because there is no any person present who can take the responsibility and take the initiative to help you guys. And owner will say the same thing that , we can't do any thing. It was your choice to stay here. I'm really disappointed. If someone even could have said atleast sorry and accept the mistake. I could be ok. But the words told by owner. I was blank in front of that. He disconnected the call. That's the way they treat their respected customer. A really polite suggestions to all. Bring your car by your own risk. No one really cares here about your property. It was clearly reflected that that guy has the ego of money and he don't respect and care about...

Disgusting hotel and service parking me standing gaadi ko scratch maar diya hotel owner parking security receptionist no one take responsibility about it Very bad experience, we parked our car at the hotels parking and went inside for some time and when we came back our car has very harsh and deep scratch on cars door, and when we looked for security guard he was absent at that moment then we went to receptionist looking for help he was clueless and refused to provide any further information about who has parked beside our car and also didn't cared to show the CCTV footage and then we forced him to call the owner the receptionist told us the owner is also not present their , so somehow we contacted the owner but he also refused to take the responsibility stating nonsensical reasons on how he can't help in this situation , he was very rude while taking and was behaving like getting scratch on expensive cars is nothing and didn't felt sorry for our huge loss. I warn everyone that don't you dare to park your vehicle's in that hotels parking if anything happens they won't take any responsibility. Every staff member was unresponsive and cold with our situation and we returned empty handed without any help , I don't know how this hotel managed to get more than 1 rating, overall very disappointing and...

We reached early. Paid 2500 for a stay 7am - 6 pm complimentary breakfast The staff on the first floor was very loud. Too many cleaners coming one after other for bathrooms, for floor, for bedsheet. We recommend do it at one go. But don't leave the cobwebs, mosquitoes behind, do clean the bathroom door and tiles, do clean the bucket 🙏 requested for a plate which was still wet, with some upma at the rear
