Terrible Experience – Never Again! ⭐☆☆☆☆

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was beyond disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this hotel doesn't care about its guests.

The room was filthy — hair in the bathroom, stains on the sheets, and a disgusting smell that lingered no matter how long the windows were open. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the fan sounded like a dying engine.

Staff was rude and completely unhelpful. I asked for basic things like clean towels and extra toilet paper and was either ignored or told to wait, which I did — for hours.

Noise levels were unbearable — loud guests shouting in the halls well into the night, and management did absolutely nothing. Sleep was impossible.

The so-called "breakfast" was inedible — cold, stale, and clearly not fresh. Honestly, I've had better food at a gas station.

If you value your time, money, or health, avoid this place at all costs. I wish I had read reviews like this one before booking. Complete waste of money and a nightm Horrible Stay – Total Rip-Off! ⭐☆☆☆☆

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was dirty — stained sheets, a foul smell, and a bathroom that clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The air conditioning barely worked, and the fan sounded like it was ready to explode.

Staff were indifferent and unprofessional. Requests for clean towels and toilet paper were either ignored or took hours to be fulfilled. Basic customer service was completely missing.

To make things worse, the hotel charged extra for breakfast, even though it was advertised as included during booking. And what did they serve? Cold, stale food that looked and tasted like leftovers from a vending machine. Complete scam.

Noise was a huge issue too — people yelling in the hallways all night and nobody from staff seemed to care. I got almost no sleep.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Dirty, loud, dishonest, and way overpriced. Wish I could...

My family had to Visit Chandrapur for some work, we plan to stay in this hotel. From outside it looks decent enough, The moment you enter the room, it has a foul odour, as if something from a water leak. The room is spacious enough, but looks unmaintained. Towels were all stained. We had made advance request for an extra guest, still no arrangements and amenities were done for it. pillows were Hard and not comfortable to sleep. No breakfast included. After we checked in we ordered 2 cups of tea and coffee, it was pathetic, and highly overpriced. The reception is not so welcoming either. Bathroom is not good, no proper lights, commode stained. the extra bedding given was a bad one. After complaining so many times to the reception and manager no response was given. During checkout I requested them to give some discounts for the bad experience we had, or anything in complimentary, they were too blunt on that. seriously speaking, at the price of rs 3000 I have stayed in almost 4 star hotels in cities like Pune. ts overpriced. I would prefer to pay not more than 1000 rs for such poor rooms and services.||Highly...

Convenient location...excellent staff... super fast check in which was truly a blessing after a long tiring journey...Amazing food...the kebabs were truly out of the world...very clean...spacious rooms...Good value for money...only had trouble while checking out... no one helped us with the luggage even after several requests..Dining department messed up with the breakfast order even after repeated requests...guess they need to do something about the morning staff...else it was a lovely...
