Hotel O Embassy — Hotel in Maharashtra

Since property is new, the rooms are clean. But service is very poor. There are three persons manning the front desk. Of these, one North Indian is short in fuse, but ok after some time; the maharashtrian - Ankit is aggressive, arrogant and argues violently (women should be wary. If he gets violent in the absence of the man, what will you do?); the third a South Indian avoids resolutions at all times - initially he was friendly hence we paid in bulk for many days stay, but after this he's least bothered. We cancelled the rest of our stay. Thankfully they settled the return peacefully. But no help in shifting of the luggage, which was plentiful for a long stay. Stressful experience. The experience is like staying in MTDC. The rooms are very nicely planned and created by the owner and architect. But upkeep suffers. Rooms are not cleaned till late at night, after long arguments. They claim that people take their rooms for work from home - doubt if this will continue with such service. Even if one person remittances in the room, they will not clean in their presence - creates all kinds of doubts. Disappointing Experience:

I had a very unpleasant stay due to several issues that I encountered during my visit. The property manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, denying my check-in because I had paid upfront through the Oyo app at the time of booking. He insisted that payment must be made directly to the hotel, which was quite frustrating.

To make matters worse, there was a significant noise problem at the hotel. The hotel staff seemed to have no regard for guests' comfort, as they watched TV or mobile videos in the lobby and other vacant rooms with excessively loud volumes. The constant gossiping and loud conversations only added to the disturbance.

On top of these inconveniences, I was disappointed to find a significant price discrepancy. Oyo had offered me the same room for 1300 INR per night, but the property manager demanded 1600 INR instead.

Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I hope that the management/Oyo takes these concerns seriously and addresses them promptly to improve the quality of their service for...

The room I stayed in was a big one. It had all the amenities like AC, geyser, tv, almirah, table chairs. But the problem was the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. It looks like they aren't changed frequently. The pillow had hairs on it and the bedsheet was covered in lint. It was difficult for me to sleep at night. There was no fan, just the AC.
