Hotel Swagat Family restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Maharashtra

A very nice and comfortable seating is available with pillows to relax on.. The food quality was very nice, hot and fresh. The quantity is also very good and justifies the price paid for it. We ordered Chicken Thali, Veg Biryani, Masala Papad, Gulab Jamun and Water Bottle.

But don't take Masala Papad in starter. Because of the soda in papad, you can't each more things further even if you order your favourite items.. Order anything else.. The waiters were also very simple and polite. There were also 2 Girls as waiters. But the service was a little bit slow because even the hotel was nearly empty, the order took a long to arrive. @Management Please look into it.

Visited here for a family dinner considering this is a newly opened place for family. Ambience is Ok for family, need to take out that pillows as they were a bit uncomfy. They were short staffed so order was taken like after 20 mins. No water served till we paid our bills. People waiting for parcels sit in family sections and state at people where women would get uncomfortable. Staff needs to be educated on Maharashtrian food trends. Ordered soup which was bland. Ordered some chicken starter with special ask to be very very less spicy as it was kids favourite but came out too spicy n my daughter was left out. There were managers and I believe co owners who asked what is needed but would not care to take action. I would not recommend for family. I hear their bar section is good but never...
