Hotel O Home Dazzling Studios Near Airport Near Pune Airport — Hotel in Maharashtra

Very Very poor experience. Not recommending at all. First suggestion please avoid. These are scamster & fraud. I book this hotel through OYO & when i reached there the hotel staff denied us the check in. They asked me to pay Rs 300/- more per day if i want to stay. When we argued why we have to pay extra for already paid. They rudely said if you willing to pay extra then you can stay otherwise go elsewhere. Then i called the hotel onwer he also said the same. I tried to connect to OYO customer are but the app provided the mobile no that doesnot exist anymore. Such hotel are scamster & fraud & they are hand in gloves with these online booking platform like of OYO. These hotels use the online platform to pulled the crowd by showing cheap prices and then loot the customers.

I book this hotel & travelled almost 2000 kms away from my home to stay there & we reached in the evening & denied checked in for already paid stay. You canot go elsewhere bcoz it is transportation cost you more hence you forced to stay Very...

Very bad experience with Dazzling stay and oyo for this booking, Dazzling asked me to pay additional amount of 240 INR, I had paid my room rent for 2 days while booking, this was really unexpected.😡 Another issue is there was no lift in this hotel and room allotted for me is 2 floor and I had to carry all my luggages with my hand on the stairs, very bad☹️. Finally the room was very dirty, it is not the one OYO has oyo has posted in their web site, dirty bed sheets floor and bathroom☹️. I have moved to another hotel in the next day, bcoz of all this inconvenient, I requested the hotel to refund the money for at least one days charge but they didn't. Very much disappointed, I highly discourage everybody to book this hotel, please try some other hotels. OYO should be little more responsible to ensure the quality of their...

I would like to give you honesh feedback where in i booked this hotel and i was surprised to see such a dirty location and dirty place...i wanted car parking hence I chose as i was new to the city I saw the person who is seating in open counter in life area he asked me for 6000 rs extra part from my booking which was made and than i cleared why would I give u such amount so he said this hotel runs by us not Oyo or mmt.

So pay else leave... I decided to report to Oyo team but that is again pathetic saying to pay the extra money if not I will cancel ur booking you will get ur money...i was like get lost I don't need anything hence I chose to book from fab hotel chain... .such worst travel company as Oyo runs and hotel is also pathetic.....i advise pls don't go always find hotel...
