I don't know about usual days, but these guys freak out on rush hours or any special days like Valentine's day. The waiters don't even look at you, they are not even present in the dining room, they hide themselves away when there are a lot of orders going on. I saw people looking for them everywhere, so I went in myself to ask for my order.

First we ordered 3 starters (luckily they served it in less than 10 minutes) Then for the main course I ordered mutton handi, which took around 40 minutes to arrive. The taste was good. But the real drama started when we ordered chicken dum biryani - it took 40 more minutes to cook a basmati rice and add chicken curry to it and serve it as biryani. I'm seriously saying, it was not a biryani, it was literally 70% white basmati rice and 10% masala of some weird taste and 20% chicken pieces.

We had to leave the venue and went to a catering shop to have a super better biryani than what they served that day.

The restaurant is so big, if they can't handle rush hours, they must rethink their management. The manager was himself serving dishes and was sweaty and tense all the time. I could feel his stress, but he should be aware about the demand at such high times.

I gave 2 stars for food because of biryani 1 star for service because the waiters were nowhere to spot. 3 stars for the atmosphere because the music...

Not worth it. Multiple Problems. 4 friends went to enjoy Birthday party. No one liked it. Normally i dont write but this deserved a mentioned.

1. They say its basmati rice. But when zeera rice came it was tukda basmati and the rice was hard as it happens when it is yesterdays rice.
2. The rumali roti was wrapped in aluminium foil was cold not freshly prepared. Rumali roti is enjoyable only when its fresh.
3. The waiter said gharguti chicken was mild spicy. I think he should have mentioned kolhapuri mild spicy.
4. Before ordering Mocktail asked waiter what is Deep blue he said dont know. When it came it was green coloured flavoured milk colour.
5. My friends ordered another mocktail which was not cold at all, so asked for some ice, waiter suggested take a cold drink. Stupid right. After insisting for ice they brought some ice which i think from scraped from the fridges ice chamber. It dint look good so dint use it. Instead then brought a cold sprite and added to mocktail to make it cold.
6. non veg came fast but the veg for our veg friend came very late.
7. Last, the overall quality of food was very bad. In short, what ever I ate I left it in...

Good family restaurant, apologies couldn’t not click picture due to family rush! Had ordered chinese and indian food along with some kebabs So the murg kalimiri kabab was good but not in shape of kebab. It was boneless chicken minced with green spices and topping of cheese! Not disappointed with the taste though.. the chicken hakka noodles was a good but a bit dry! People like me who can eat anything with ketchup may adjust rest might want to order gravy! Wealso ordered mutton briyani (not a fan of mutton) but taste wise the rice was good! My family did complain the mutton didn’t meet the delight as they wanted to eat more!
