IBN WHITE HOUSE — Hotel in Maharashtra

A very bad experience we had at this place as we had gone there with our families.

We were 15 people all in all. Having talked to the owner before hand, arrived at the IBN House very tired and needing freshening up. The place was locked.

We were also given assurances as to being provided with a cook, but he asked us to eat at Alibag instead ( we were coming through Mumbai).

We came with our food instead, the caretaker there came 15 minutes after we had arrived.

Two of the four ACs were not working at all. The other two that were working were taking like an hour to cool the rooms, that too only in evening. On top of that fans were not working in a couple of the rooms. It was really hot and humid, kids were getting really restless.

There is absolutely no power back up at all. The power cuts were really long. There was no power for the whole night .

Another thing water in the taps kept getting drained out for whatever reason, on top of that the caretaker started yelling at us for turning the ACs on and wasting water, which we didn't waste at all! The swings were broken, the swimming tank was really dirty.

When the caretaker started the water our hole room started filling with water! I have uploaded a video for that.

The bedsheets were not clean and we found a dead lizard in one of the mattresses¡ It was dead for some time which they wouldn't accept !

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
