Itsy Hotels Sitara — Hotel in Maharashtra

Wonderful product in terms of Room & Services.|The receptionist in the night shift was very helpful however it was a disaster in terms of the quality of food.|We stayed as a couple in this hotel the room was large and comfortable newly renovated property even though it was established for the past 8 years. They have a restaurant just above the room section the food that was served to us was missing flavours and also the hatha noodles that we ordered were not fresh It seemed stale. We ask for a replacement the service staff agreed but we never received the same so I had also mentioned to the night staff that if the food is not being prepared no problem refund as the value for the dish that was not have to standards next day on departure again we follow up with the team but we did not get any update from them till date and even though the amount of small its matter of ethic and good faith they promised me a refund and I am still waiting for the same it's been almost a month but still there is no response from their end.||Regards |Sujeet &...

The stay here was pleasant, the rooms were clean, Mr.Tousif at the welcome desk was so warm and supportive. The complementary breakfast and tea/coffee were brought to the room itself. The hotel also has a normal dine in restaurant in the 1st floor and a terrace garden restaurant on the 3rd floor, the food served there was so tasty. They have issues with the restaurant bills, when we ask to mention room number in food bill, they say ok, but doesn't do that, if they do they mention wrong room number. If we ask for rectification they say it is our fault, I don't know how it can be our fault when we said and reminded the same thing before order, after food came and before bill is given again and again, may be the staff are distracted or not trained. Another con here is the parking, it has only 2 parking slots and that too in a very narrow curvy cramped up place which makes it difficult to park the vehicle. if these can be sorted out, this good place can become a great place. Had to deduct 2 stars as there were 2 issues that I faced personally here -

Even though I had confirmed while hotel booking & confirmed day before with their staff to avail breakfast on checkin day itself, It was not provided in the morning because of miscommunication between night staff & morning staff.

Morning staff was too adamant on explaining why it is not at all possible to provide breakfast on checkin & it will never happen as per hotel policy. Kept explaining rules while their own staff & treebo had confirmed it would be possible. He even mentioned that it's your issue you are not staying next day morning, not mine.

Apart from that whole stay was good, room, bathrooms & specially their restaurant staff behaviour.

I hope these kinds of scenarios are not faced by any future customers. Even if there is something you are not able to provide, be a bit polite while interacting...
