Resort place is worst, AC is not working on weekends, no dustbin in room, no water in washroom at weekend, complementary breakfast is worst, they used plastic spoon, don't come here if u visit matheran, stay at matheran it will be save your cost. From here to matheran you have to pay 60(auto)+80(taxi)+50(entry ticket) for single side. No shop around even for cig u have to walk at least 10-15mins, WiFi is not working. Worst staff, they have no manners. For drinking water they charged but after argument it's solved. Stay at Neral station instead of stay here. Only view is good.

Perfect example of an excellent resort and true sample of excellent hospitality. Cool place to hang out with friends and family. The staff was extremely friendly and knew how to serve the customer, the restaurant was very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant staff deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. My main attraction in the resort was this pool, a refreshing place to swim at..Totally clean, huge and perfect temperature.. Do visit!

Good resort ,have quick service and nice place to stay with family. Anandi resort is next to it is better,but may get easily booked in peak season.Also ,both these resorts are remote and have poor roads so beware. Janavi resort is mainly just a building have TT table,carrom board,chess and clean Swimming pool and reasonable rates.107,207 room are bigger and have nice view.All in all a decent deal but if you want more activities and a proper resort feel, go to Anandi resort next to it.

Doesn't even deserve one star. WORST place ever.. its a big SCAM... they give you some random reason to make you pay extra at the resort. We reached the stay at 11PM. And then they gave us the epic reason that for 500rs you booked it's only for 2 hours. If you are getting this hotel for steal price it's a SCAM. Be aware. They will say the booking is only for 2 hours. The rest amount of 1500 you will have to pay if you have to stay for one entire day. So DO NOT BOOK. They have very rude management who laugh at this situation of yours. The worst people ever.. This is a SCAM of OYO as well. They give you offers on third party app for very cheap price but when yu visit the resort/hotel the hotel ppl will say that they are not tied up with OYO and they have informed them but however OYO keeps listing their hotel. As per my understanding this is the new way to make extra money because this hotel is listed in every app with the price range of 400-500. So any app you book they will say they are not tied up and you have to pay extra.. so please don't fall for it.. we had checked the reviews but still gave it a chance and booked but clearly whatever was written was 100%true..so save your money and do not...

If you’re planning a relaxing getaway, this place might not be what you're looking for. The hotel is extremely remote, and the narrow, unpaved access road makes getting there more of a challenge than an adventure.

Once checked in, things didn’t improve. Basic amenities were shockingly absent—no TV in the rooms, no intercom for help, and not even a towel provided. The rooms and washrooms are uncomfortably small, and the quilts were of noticeably poor quality. The swimming pool was another letdown—unclean and poorly maintained.

Customer service left a lot to be desired. Staff responsiveness was minimal, making the already frustrating experience even worse. And with all of this, the rates were unjustifiably high for the lack of comfort and care provided.

Would recommend looking elsewhere unless major...

zero star.. Extremely bad experience, to many issues when visited, zero star, manager rude. I suggest to don't go there if possible go to neral or matheran and book hotel in same rent. Hot water not available 2, washroom not clean. Main door does not lock rooms are not neat and clean Badsheet not clean Room intercom not working Elevator not working 8 reaching this location road are not good especially for any car Manager and staff very rude At check-in time waiting for 3 hours for clean In Every floor see bottles. Location zero star. I don't recommend to plan your stay or picnic in this hotel. I travel to everywhere but this experience is so bad.
