Hi, I would not like to give even 1 star to this place this is the worst place I have ever visited in my entire life. I had saw a reel saying best place for staycation but those all were a lie they just mislead by videos and photos it's totally different in real. Talking about the service they have the worst service and misbehaving staff. Dirty Bathroom with no water most of the time, power cut issue, dirty kitchen also if you give them any of your things to keep in there fridge they will never give that back to you but they will shout at you saying nahi hai jao jo karna hai karo. The room entrence was so horrible fully covered with algae they don't even bother to clean those, so if you slip and fell that's your responsibility. They provide same food both the time for lunch and dinner which disappointing as we pay them a good amount of money per person. Payment Issue:

As soon as we reached, they demanded the full amount upfront before even letting us others rooms to visit. The give single room and charging per person payments

Room Condition:

The rooms are not as clean as shown in the photos.

AC is not working in rooms. As no electricity in afternoon.

Room condition is very bad – not maintained at all. The washrooms are not clear.

Food Services (So-called "Unlimited"):

Even after paying for unlimited food, they hesitate to serve food.

Food hygiene is very poor – I even suffered from food poisoning after eating there.

Power Supply:

Frequent and long power cuts (6–8 hours at times).

No backup support – rooms get hot and uncomfortable.

Staff and Service:

The caretaker is not responsive.

Services are completely useless – no response, no accountability.

Very disappointing stay. No hygiene, no service, no value for money. I strongly do not recommend this...

After reaching, they first ask for the full amount. Then let us go to the room. The room is not as clean as it appears in the photo. AC of some rooms is not working, hair dryer of some rooms is not working and the swimming pool looks good at night. Due to lighting, it becomes so dirty in the morning that one does not feel like going there again and they do not change the water also and even after paying for unlimited food, when you go to take food once or twice, they hesitate in giving the food and most of all the power supply there is very bad. Power goes off. Power does not come for 6-8 hours and mosquitoes are there and no mosquito repellent liquid or good night is provided there. The room is in very bad condition.
