If you come to Lavasa, you don't have to look for any other resort. This is by far the best there is, considering others resorts / hotels within the similar price range. You may visit this resort with friends, family or your partner. It is suitable for all. The location of the resort is amazing which is lake facing. However, entry to the lake is restricted. There is a big lawn with a gazebo, slides and swings. There is a in-house restaurant that provides excellent Maharashtrian food. They shall even serve you food in the gazebo if requested. When we visited, we were provided only veg / non veg thali for dinner as the main chefs were on leave. However, the taste was simply amazing. The rooms are well maintained and air-conditioned. We did not face power cut even once, during our two nights stay. The hot water is available from 8 AM to 11 AM. However, you may request hot water for shower even at evening / night and they will most certainly oblige you. It is a resort owned and managed by a family and their prompt, courteous and professinal service is at par with the kind of service you may expect from a five star hotel. Trust me, I am not exaggerating. All thanks to Aniket who is the Manager as well as the owner of this resort. He is most humble, prompt, professional and hard-working. I am glad to have chosen this resort for our stay and will definitely book this resort if I ever visit...
Read moreIt is a beautiful place for one-day hangout with family, friends or couples... The river is just behind the property but can't go there.. As it's not allowed. Still u can see and enjoy the views. Though there is no view from any the rooms. U have to go to the garden. No way of hvaing a coffee or beer and enjoy the view from ur bed. Nope. Rooms are so so.. I was expecting more cleanliness. Bathrooms are also not upto the mark. Some systems are really ridiculous.. Like, The restaurant is run by some other people and the resort owner will not take the responsibilities regarding the food. They wont give the food at ur room.. Even sitting in the garden if u want to have food or snacks with drinks, u have to go to the restaurant and carry the food by urself. Its irritating. The staffs and the restaurant manager are not able to understand properly what exactly is ordered or what exactly is asked. They are kinda rude too. The person whom we contacted for booking was good and polite. Try to come in a season when there will be no rain, otherwise ur entire trip will be wasted. Some activities are there also but rain can be an obstruction. Anyway.. Overall I'll say that just for one night u can try staying here. Dont...
Read moreStay at lakeview resort was amazing! We had a 2 nights stay there. The owner and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Lip smacking food whatever you order be it dal khichadi, pithla bhakri or even chicken/ mutton Thali, everything was very well prepared with love! We loved the food and their service. The food service was slow due to lack of staff but that can be avoided. Make sure to order earlier because the food is prepared fresh and nothing is pre made. The best part was it’s a pet friendly cottage and they even provided with boiled rice and chicken on request. The pet parents should definitely get their pets here. It’s a wonderful and serene place near the lake and your pets would definitely love to play around there. They also have facility for camping, games and adventure and also make arrangements for bonfire at night...
