Malvani Pahunchar Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

Waste of money if you are planning for to stay, only rooms are good but no service is provided. A board of free WiFi is only for attracting customer but owner changes the password after every half hour. Food quality is ok but not good. facility of hot water is only upto booking the rooms but no water given by 9AM. For each and every service you will have to beg for 3-4 times. Kind avdice not to go for scuba driving by his reference. It's Rehan scuba diving which is totally waste of money. Think twices, thrice before booking the rooms. If Google has given facility of giving review in negative I have given -1 rating.

Editing the review with reference of the reply given by the owner as Google does not provide the facility to reply the responses.. According to owner they are trying to say that we were violating the rules. I would like to request the owner and please let me know what rules we have broken ? point of drinking alcohol we were with family so no one was drinking and partying over there. We have come at 8:30PM in the room and we got fresh and have our dinner nicely. Point of disturbing nearby residential, no one over there has complained regarding same so don't try to make the discussion on your own. We have not even visited tarkarli beach as we have gone to visit dandi beach as owner has contract with Rehan scuba diving, as we have not visited the tarkarli beach how we have spoil the peace, please let me know.

Only one good thing I like is he has given us bike to take cash from ATM as we were short of cash.

We were staying on 26th Jan at his place and as per my knowledge it's a dry day in india and no one sell achocol on dry days, so i am not coming to know how we have violated the rules.

Request to owner please stop copy and pasting same response on each and every bad review given by customer. Instead of that please try to improve your service it will help to increase your business and ratings and please stop lying instead of that accept the fact and try to improve it.

I personally don't like to do this, but the way you behave and respond with us makes me angry and I have to post the negative review.

Pathetic service, quarrelsome staff, open drainage, many insects and moskitoes in the entire premises, its not a safe place for kids to stay, beds not of any quality, dirty Lenin, no proper wifi, old model TV in room without any cable or dish connection, they will not entertain if you don't buy food and extra items from them, we had 3 kids and had taken prior permission for cooking food for kids on our own portable gas, still they did not allow and made us make baby food also outside the rooms. No privacy, all rooms have windows in passages anyone can see inside, no paved pathways you will have to carry bags in hand. Bathrooms not good, no shower, soap stand, hot water for very short time and only in morning. Owner very short tempered and abusive.
