Pan Hill Hotel — Hotel in Maharashtra

The hotel is on the main Road so there is constant honking pollution dust all around, there is limited hours of hot water availability and for less time, the staff is there to make money everything is over priced. Not recommended if your looking for peace and quiet would get better property at great location in cheaper price.

Response to the Owner's Response. Heavy discount - you charged us Rs.1000 for 4 hrs of stay no ac on Thursday morning 7 am,as of now your hotel is around 2-3k for whole day, before check in we asked ur employee to show us the room, he showed us the room which had bed, tv, wordrobe, AC etc. So we assumed we can use all those stuff till the time we are renting the room, however after making the payment and entering the room when asked to turn on the ac, that person denied saying ac is not included.

Hot water - Our checkout was 11am because we had booking and checkin time was 11 there, the receptionist called me at 10.45 to ask if we need hot water, by the time he asked me about the hot water we were already bathed and ready. He should have informed us when we checked in.

Main Road -When we were denied to use the ac we had to open the window which was right on the road, if your hotel is located at such proximity you should not miss sell your rooms, ac was mandatory your receptionist should have informed us that ac price is different, so that we would had made our decision accordingly. Not hide the fact that the amenities in the room are restricted.

Improve your service quality and do not take advantage of tourist because of whom most of the people in panchgani make a living. Your representing the whole...

We visited this place with family last week. Good things about this hotel: Great location,it's in middle of market. Lot of restaurant and shops around. If you are looking for a quite place, it's not for you. The build is semi heritage. Rooms are decent and they give a big extra bed which was comfortable. Also the bed, tv and fridge in room were of good quality. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is not bad for the price , though quality of tea was poor. Now problem areas: Biggest problem, no gyser in bathrooms. In such cold weather, we had a struggle a lot to get hot water for bath. They give fridge and AC in room but gyser was most required. There was no table in the room. We asked for it but still they didn't arranged for it. We had a toddler with us and we needed a table badly. Additional quality of side table and cupboard was very bad. Poor room service. They stop serving after 9 pm and didn't even serve tea before 8:00 am in morning.

Overall I would say it is still value for money. Keep your expectations low and you won't be...

Visited on December 24-28 2022. This was my marriage anniversary trip ❤️ We as a couple enjoyed the beauty of Panchgani. The place where we were staying was "Pan Hill Hotel". This is exactly opposite Panchgani Bus Stand, my first good impression was because it is on the main road but no noise or dust. The room service and cleaning was great. There is car parking inside so not to worry about space. It is in the main market of Panchgani so everything is within 3-7 km range (your visiting points). We were staying in the Cottage room, this was very spacious and had a swing and tablet chair sitting. The staff is friendly and ready to help. My overall experience was 5 Start 🌟 rating experience.
