Lucky Cafe and Bakery in Panchgani is a charming spot that transports you back in time with its delightful retro vibe. This century-old Parsi restaurant is steeped in history, offering an authentic experience that’s hard to find elsewhere. Located conveniently in the main market, it’s an ideal stop for anyone exploring the town.
I tried their famous Irani tea and bun maska, both of which were absolutely delightful. The tea was perfectly brewed with a comforting, rich flavor, while the bun maska was fresh, soft, and generously buttered—a true Parsi specialty that did not disappoint. I also indulged in their chicken burger, which was simple yet flavorful, reflecting the cafe's commitment to quality.
What adds to the charm is the affordability; prices are refreshingly reasonable, making it accessible to all. The laid-back ambiance, coupled with friendly service, makes this place a must-visit for anyone looking to savor some authentic Parsi flavors. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, Lucky Cafe and Bakery promises a nostalgic experience. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Panchgani.
Highly recommended for a taste of history...

Who ever is at the helm of this once iconic establishment needs to give it more attention... very unfortunate to see a legacy being...
