This is a huge property build more or less 40 acres owner was very helpful Care taker are polite friendly Good view from site Presence of nature

Pros: Place is quite Good place for party boys Couples Good rooms Good ventilation Eco friendly Solar based Good food veg and non veg Good tea and breakfast Unlimited starters Caretaker made the fresh chutney from fresh coconut Good in rainy seasons Good swimming pool crystal clear water as shown in picture

Cons: Not good for kids No mask were worn by the caretaker nor other customers Nor they asked for covid certificate Nor they checked our temperature when enter the premise Nor provided sanitizer in such hard times No precaution The property is not well maintained Maybe due to covid Main road and inner roads are block due to extra grown grass To much mosquito No mosquito repellent Slippery in rainy seasons Property was not clean rather than rooms We did found beer cans n bottle scattered on the property House cleaning is not up to mark Toilets were unclean and smelling Caretaker had to spray room freshener just to cut out the smell Swimming tank is just 2-4 feet deep good for children but not for adult Food is not spicy No hot water ( no sun no hot water ) due to solar panel but no heater in bathroom just in case needed They provide one soap and one towel only No dryer or hooks or rope to dry clothes AC are toooo old They don't cool fast There are no indoor games no pool table as shown in picture on Google maps Carom board is old and have become harder Panshet has heavy Rian falls Indoor games are needed No music or sound system provided by owner or caretaker Do carry your own system No cards are accepted here Anyone want to have party plz carry your own booze and cigarette as u won't find or get at the hotel or...

I went to this resort with my family. It is a remote resort which is at the midst of nature. I would not say that the rooms were top-notch like other 3 -4 start hotels, but they were clean and ample of bedding was provided and the rooms are spacious. In fact, since we were a family of 6, we were even offered an additional room at night since the same was not occupied by other tourists and owing to non-working of one of the AC in the hall of one of the rooms provided to us. Food was amazing, just like home cooked meal and very wholesome. The pool is clean and of a decent size surrounded with greenery and western ghats view. The staff was so friendly, accommodating and ensured we were well provided. It is a huge resort, and there is so much to explore. One of the staff even helped us in our hike to a nearby bauri (well). Though I still feel the property do needs some maintenance, but I personally liked the rustic feel of the same, surrounded by woods. The resort has a dog named Kaali who is a cutest hiking buddy and so friendly. At night the resort and its surrounding area appears very mysterious and amazing. Also their tea is amazing, its lemon grass favoured. Good tasting tea with less sugar is very rare to find in and around Pune. The staff also helped us identity some of the herbs and exotic plants in the resort and even provided us some cuttings to carry and propagate. All in all...

Lot of reasons to term it as Great Stay. 1st is Mr.Amarendra Tiwari (retd Navy) who is the Coordinator there who not only helped with booking but ensured our stay is calm and serene. . 2nd is the two star caretakers Prakash and Mohan. After a long time, seen staff who is good on manners.

Food. Paneer Kadai, Methi Matar Malai, Dal Tadka, Tandoori Roti, Butter Naan, papad, salad, Gulab Jamuns, Raita Super Tasty , very good in quantity, well balanced in masalas n spiciness, not at all oily What else you need in Lunch as you check in.

Veg Biryani , mix veg raita and garma garam Gajar Halwa with cream topping ... That was our dinner.

Shaam ko Veg Manchurian and Paneer tikka masala in Starters. Oh they were yummmmy too. Even my kid loved them.

I can revisit the property just for fooood.. to UP my mood.

SWIMMING POOL pool is bigggg....and clean. And has a great angle where you get good sunshine.

Cottages (stay) I booked a KERALA COTTAGE. made of wood...n gives you full authentic feel.

They also have maratha cottages made of bricks

The only downside was....its a bful property with lush greenery and jungles all around...a little more maintainence will make it the hot spot for all ages.
