Worst hotel ever in my travel history till date & below are the reasons

1. room cleaning not done in morning after many requests. They come & ring doorbell at 3pm when usually few people sleep after lunch

2. In evening it was done but didn't provide towels. We used same towels next day. Forgot to provide water bottles as well. Its your duty to followup

3. Ordered plain chaas with cold water and without salt. They provided with less water and adding salt.

4. We requested very less oil in vegetable but still the vegetable was full of oil.

5. They served omelette without Breads saying we have ordered breads for you so that omlette should get cold.

6. I asked for a toothpaste kit but they denied and said we do not provide kit. It is a very basic thing to provide.

7. 70% of the food menu provided in the menu card is not available. Better to order from Zomato. Basic things like Coffe, Breads & Eggs not available many times.

8. Bathroom drainage was choked up

9. TV display was not working on our room so again we followed up with them and post that we got new TV in room

10. When we complain about anything then staff gave us a very rude look as in we are complaining unnecessarily

11. From all the behaviour of staff and their management it clearly indicates that none of them have done hotel management

12. During check-out they gave a random bill without any details of Ordered food items & Taxes. I followed up from evening 6 to next day early morning 4.20 as I had to leave by 4.30.

Very very unprofessional. Even lodges who provides 300 rs room for 2 hours might provide good service....

Stayed here between 8-9th Apr 2023. It's a decent place to stay for one night, but won't recommend for longer stays. Close to the railway station and plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance, however the onsite restaurant Dalchini is also good (we tried the breakfast buffet and were satisfied). Negatives - 1)Our room didn't have a curtain on the window which was directly in front of the balcony of the neighbouring house. Upon raising it with the reception we were asked to wait until the can find another room for us, but they never got back despite follow ups. We eventually let it go, as we were there for just one night. But we felt this was a major breach of the customer's privacy which they should take seriously. 2) During check-in , the manager asked us the tariff we got from the booking website which was unexpected. Though I declined to answer, thankfully we were allowed...

poor in room service. serving of food takes time minimum 40min to 1 hours staff is not trained for room service and are unprofessional has to take followup of order food -When I asked for omlette, when I asked why taking so much time... they said we need to bring eggs from outside first. Taste of food is average

hotel room was below average very bad location no Car parking small rooms and very congested no proper furniture no proper curtons bathroom not so clean room has only one table and chair towels are very much used and old

Not at all worth for the money I paid...

dear VITS, do not dilute you brand just for sake of...
