Rainforest Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

I visited this place with my family including 2 year kid. Resort is situated in middle of village far from pollution noise... so blessed to be here...About arrival they warm welcomed us and service boy settled our luggage. We booked for 2N. Room: we booked wooden cottage and really room is awesome... mattress pillow sheets all clean and soothing fragrance inside room. Washrooms were very clean, we opted for extra bed in the room and it was provided with blankets sheets pillow. We were so amazed with the scenic beauty in the evening time and started clicking pics... lights around the property so amazing and in this somewhere we lost our room keys .. all staff were so cooperative they were trying to find the keys but in vain...somehiw we got duplicate keys . Generally they don't have it.. but hunt was still on by staff members and finally they found key and return to us.. you know other resort you may need to pay money... but they are so honest that not only returned keys but didn't charge a single penny...First of all Thanks to Mr. Nitesh... who is managing the property , and really sorry for bothering late night. Great gesture!

Staff: Staff are so helpful and polite and doing services at quick pace . We have kid so many times they helped us with warm water and dusbin bag cleaning hazzelfree.

Food: this is completely Veg restaurant and you will get Jain food on demand. Breakfast to lunch snacks n dinner all so tasty and ambience is very nice.

Pool, games adventure activities: pool was so clean with music around both my son n daughter enjoyed alot... Whole day we spent in pool as we were alone (weekday and non peak period) enjoyed alot ...😍 There is game zone with pool TT carom Ludo chess cricket as Indore games ...toy car bike ride for infants n kids . There is separate zone for adventure activities like zappling burma bridge zipline air cycle ride and many more...

Morning time around 6-7 am must visit to tringalwadi dam... 3 km from resort so mesmerizing.....

Resort location is so soothing that 2 morning I got up with sweet sounds of birds , morning wind so soothing and energetic can't explain in words... Their queen lawn is full of grass you will fall in love with scenic beauty from lawn... Total relaxing!! I wanted to visit a place for complete relaxation no noise no pollution no arguments only peace and peace... This was so relaxing trip for us ... Had a great time... Must visit in Rainy season Book villa for great stay experience.

To begin i must say that i would have given a lesser rating had it been possible. Please don’t waste your time and money at this place. Booked room for two days through the number provided online. Confirmed the availability of non veg meals before booking. On reaching the resort for dinner to our surprise the non veg restraunt was locked and on repeated requests also people were not ready to respond. Finally had to fight it out and got our dinner after around 90minutes. Called the booking agent Rani when this issue of food happened and her response was that ‘abhi toh itna late thodi hua he its only 9pm’ Rooms were of pretty low standards, definitely not worth the money they are charging you. The linen was in shades of grey rather than white. The blanket had blood stains too. I feel that these rooms would have been worth if the charges were 2000rs per day. Definitely not worth more than 3000rs. Slippery bathrooms, no basic toiletries were available in the bathroom, no shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste , toothbrush, shower cap. Nothing was available in deluxe bathtub room which we had booked. Not even a footmat outside the bathroom. Food - the condition of the restraunt was also very bad . Below i have posted photos of a cat roaming around in the food counter . These photos were clicked atleast after 3-4 minutes as i was hoping some one from the staff would shoo away the cat. But none of the staff were interested in that until i had to tell them to shoo away the cat. So if this is the hygiene they maintain in the serving point then god knows what they are doing inside the kitchen. No AC in the restraunt . You ask for a water bottle and you will be lucky if you get it before checkout. Asked for cleaning of room and had to wait for two hours and 4 phone calls to reception. Options for so called buffet breakfast - bread , upma, vada and watermelon Dirty swimming pool . No changing room no washroom or showerroom near the swimming pool. The rails of the swimming pool were shaky.

Overall it was the worst experience in any hotel/ resort in my life. To sum up all the fraud they are doing when i asked for a bill for my stay at the resort thay were not...

I went at Rain forest resort with my family after Diwali for two days, we had booked a deluxe bathtub rooms. l would have leave the hotel in few hours if have not paid them fully... My stay at this hotel was utterly disappointing. From the initial stinking room to multiple arguments before changing it, the experience was marred by inappropriate service. The lack of staff was evident in dirty and torn bedsheets, insufficient towels, and delayed room cleaning. Basic toiletries were missing, and the resort's remote location forced us to buy necessities at double the MRP from their store. Water was served after a lengthy wait, and calling for room cleaning yielded no response until we confronted them. The booking contact was unresponsive, and even a forgotten charger wasn't returned. The atmosphere at the reception was consistently tense, with numerous complaints echoing the dissatisfaction of many guests. The overall service left everyone upset and dissatisfied... The disappointment extended to the dining experience as well, with uncertain quality and taste of the food. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Basic amenities like a hair dryer, toothpaste, and even a proper refrigerator were missing. The absence of an AC restaurant for buffet, small napkins in rooms, and a tea/coffee machine added to the discomfort. Furthermore, having to purchase ice from their store, the slow small geyser for hot water, and the lack of hot water in the washbasin were major inconveniences. The absence of bath mats was yet another letdown. The list of disappointments seemed endless, making my stay far from enjoyable. The hotel's lack of proper guest records for the buffet, requiring us to wear a cheap wristband for the entire two-day stay, reflects a disappointing lapse in service and attention to detail. Experiencing a situation where the guests in the adjacent room left, leaving lights, fan, and AC on until the next day, indicates a lack of effective monitoring and control by the hotel staff.
