It's not a full fledged resort. It's sort of a home stay with two rooms and sone outdoor space. We went there for lunch as we were looking for homemade food. We were not informed that food wasn't ready. They took around 45-50 mins to prepare whol lunch while we were made to wait under the heated roofshade of there so called restaurant area. We went there durring summer afternoon with our 7 year old kid. There was no electricity and the inverter backup was not available for the restaurant area..Rest all the places like kitchen and their billing area where owenr was sitting had fans which were backed up by enverter. We were charged around 850/- rs for Teo ppls lunch. One surmai thali and one Veg thali. Which we feel was not at all worth considering arrangements. Food was good but variety was limited as compared to price. Overall it's a ok place to visit. We had visited durring peak tourist season hence were expecting better arrangements. We realized owners were list bothered about making any efforts to provide service. Kitchen and serving staff was good They did their job well. But overall it was very...
Read moreRead it till the end for exact picture of the place: Decent place to spend a night on the way to Mumbai/Goa. It claims to be a village resort but feels more like a farmhouse. The rooms and bathrooms are old and poorly maintained but manageable for a night - you get what you pay for! The surroundings are cool and breezy - the huts are right next to a mango tree plantation - perhaps owned by the same person who owns the resort. The landlords live right next to the huts and offer decent home-made food (breakfast-lunch-dinner) for affordable price. You may get complementary tea/coffee. They are professional yet warm and welcoming people. Actually, they seem to suffer from some of the unprofessional visitors they had - try not to trouble them. ;-) There's a cute and friendly dog (often chained) and a parrot (in a cage)! And there are some ducks to wake you up in the morning too. Value for money...
