Riverside Farms — Hotel in Maharashtra

Food charges is too high. If you need anything extra they charge for it. One night on dinner I asked for thecha(a marathi dish) they gave almost equals to two tea spoon and charged Rs.60/- Dinner is Rs.200/- for Veg. Thali in which they provide two chapati, a cup of rice, half cup of daal, and also half cups of two seasonal vegetable with one small papad and one slice of onion and tomato. If you need a slice of onion while dining the charge for even a slice of onion. And the test of food is also not good. Too far from the sea. Almost 2.5 km No Wi-Fi Swimming pool is chargeable and also too costly. Rs.300/- per person per hour They even fail to provide clean(botteled) water after meals and also in rooms. Inspite of it they sell one liter packaged drinking water @ Rs.25/- per bottle. It is too inside from the main road. Room charges are also too high. We can get good hotel near the beach with seaface at the same cost. No soap and towel were available in bathroom and also there wasn't any exhauster in it. There wasn't any cupboard to keep the luggage inside. There is a big problem of red ants in the room. If you have any food item kept in your luggage or dropped on the bed by mistake, your night gone hell by biting the ants and also your clothes become full of ants. It's too horrible to explain. Not recommend for anyone. One will regrets...

We went here on a Sunday in January. They have 6 rooms in total. 3 at Ground floor with AC and foam mattresses and 3 at first floor with cotton mattresses. We took 2 rooms on the ground floor given that there was no other one staying at the place and the stairs going to first floor were made of iron and looked dangerous for elder people that were accompanying us. Going on Sunday turned out to a lot better as all the weekend crowd had left and the whole property was for us to enjoy. We were 5 adults and 1 kid. So it became good outing. The place itself is little off the road on non-paved road. Bathrooms were not up to mark but it can be said ok given its a house stay kind of thing. I would have given 2 star I would have gone there on Saturday but given I went there on Sunday evening I...

Average Place... Well inside from the main road with a small and narrow approach road to the resort. The resort has a one store building consisting around 6 rooms. Rooms are very average and simple though I admit those to be clean. Toilet too was clean. The food was not as expected... It was Ok kind of... Service wasn't as quick as expected. Per room.price was very expensive compared to the amenities and the quality of resort...

Swimming pool was good which was the only entertaining...
